Bossa Jurerê Hotel

I'll be quick, When I made my reservation with them I asked for something simple, a room on an upper floor, and in a quiet area. That was more than two months ago. When I arrived at the Hotel, a person who did not work there opened the entrance gate for me, the receptionist was not there. At that time, someone arrived who identified himself as an employee of another Hotel, but who would check me in. The room they gave me was on the ground floor, and they did not have the information that I had sent them. The musty smell, very similar to that of a grotto, a cave, impossible to sleep in that room. He was at risk of catching a lung infection. I asked to be changed, but the person who received me said I had to wait for the receptionist. I went to dinner, came back and Gabriel, the receptionist, had arrived. Somewhat uncomfortable because of the request I made to change rooms, he assigned me one located on the first floor. There the smell of humidity was less concentrated, but oh surprise, at 8:20 AM, yes, in the middle of my vacation, and after having traveled long hours of flight to get there they started hammering and moving construction objects, right next to my room. I went down to talk to Gabriel, who, in a rude and haughty manner, told me that an email had been sent to me, warning me about the construction schedules, I told him that I had not received it, if I had, I would not have made the reservation. with them, it's that simple. This Mr. Gabriel forgets that guests PAY for a decent room, and where they can rest. I was reassigned a room on the ground floor. It is important that if you plan to book at this Hotel, there are mosquitoes inside the rooms, the hotel itself provides repellents that one must connect to the sockets, there are cockroaches, see the photo of the one I had to kill in the room. Please see attached photos. The breakfast is decent, and you have to walk almost two blocks to have breakfast at another location. Unfortunately, I lost my money invested in Bossa Jurere, but I am sure that I will NEVER return to that hotel, inn, whatever you want to call it!! PS: Dirty pool. Is that a pool?

Quarto ótimo tamanho, utensilios em otimo estado e funcionamento, toalhas limpas etrocadas todos os dias, quarto higienizado todos os dias, atendiemnto na chegada, excelente, manutenção da melhor qualidade, funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Experiência maravilhosa. Sem contar com o café da manhã top.

Todo excelente, la ubicación, la cercanía a la playa, el barrio, la atención, el desayuno, los departamentos y su equipamiento (yo me hospedé en los Summer Flat). Viajé con bebé de menos de 2 años y todo se hizo muy sencillo. Destaco la amabilidad de Yanet del personal de limpieza que siempre estuvo a disposición de nuestras entradas y salidas al departamento para poder hacer su trabajo a la perfección. Pongo 4/5 porque si bien el desayuno que ofrecen es excelente, se sirve en una posada a 200 metros del hotel, y si llueve mucho es poco práctico. De todas formas, volvería a hospedarme allí.
