I loved everything about this hotel. Check in was easy. The host was very friendly. He checked on us when they seen us in the lobby. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice. I would definitely book here again

I liked this hotel. Only things I didn't like was waiting for almost 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the front to check me in at 6pm & the attitude of one staff member the following morning when my key kept locking me out the room. The last guy at the front desk was great & used an actual key to let me in after finding out the key card reader needed to be replaced.

I should have known this was going to be a bad experience when the unprofessional lady at the front desk complained about giving me a second key to my room. I travel a lot and usually I only do Marriot or Hilton, but thet were all booked. The staff here is very unaccomodating and unprofessional. Honestly, I get the vibe that they don't really care about the guests, they just work here. The front desk people are the worst tho. They seem to have no hospitality experince at all. The room my family and I stayed in was not clean as there was dirt on the walls, a funny smell upon entry, and the bed was unstable. It was a very dingy room. We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned in between days, we never received clean towels, and everytime you go to the front desk, it was like you were bothering this same lady. It got to the point where we ended up washing the towels ourselves and even washing the bedding as well. The bedding was not clean when we checked in either, the comforter smelled like dirty feet. The TV in the room was a bit smaller than other hotels I've been to. So, had I not prepaid for the stay, I would've left after night 1. You live and learn. I would never stay at this location again nor would I reccomend it. The pillows were soft though.
