DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nigh**are! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apar**ent. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apar**ent to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. He opened up the bedroom door and completely violated our privacy. He requested an additional 24 euros CASH for cleaning (this is not written online) to which he never provided us with a receipt. He overstayed his welcome and gave us the rules of the property for almost 30 minutes. There is NO bar and restaurant on the property as described online. This is FALSE!!!! The next morning, we missed breakfast by only 30 mins. I asked the woman if there was anywhere I could simply get a coffee and she replied that we had to leave the hotel and go to town to find one. Lastly, although they “allow” dogs they are not allowed anywhere on the property. You can’t even sit outside on the patio with them. They made me bring my dogs to some field in the back of the property. I nearly stepped on a poison toad that evening and almost poisoned my dog. There is no actual shower. The shower nozzle is on the wall and when you shower, you literally flood the bathroom. The tiles were full of MOLD! After checking out, they sent me an email extorting me for additional €200.

Giving this 1 star flatters the venue. The property has been completely neglected, shrubs and bushes are overgrown, the block paving is falling apart and the decking by the pool should be condemned it is so dangerous. The Jacuzzi has been shut down. The limited on site staff have no interest in the guests and will find something to complain about every day with a view to charging you for something extra. No working bar to get drinks or food but they don't want you to bring your own either or if you did they said that a fee of 400€ was payable. Breakfast is the worst i have seen, with a couple of partly used cakes rolled out each day and a a few natural yogurts. They even had the cheek to put out the left over food for 2 days from a wedding a few days earlier which they did not supply. You could then enjoy this on ant infested tables. The mini kitchen in the room is inside a cupboard which has been nailed shut so that they cannot be used as apparently a guest sometime ago left them dirty. Bed linen is not changed and neither are the towels. Probably the worst place i have ever stayed run by the most rude and ignorant staff that you could find.

What a beautiful venue. What a shame about the rude, greedy uncaring hosts who go out of their way to bully and intimidate guests all whilst taking no responsibility for their actions and maintaining an extremely unsafe venue. Where do i even start with these things people. We he had our wedding booked here aswell as accommodation for a week. Now we are extremely easy going people and understand that we are planning this in a relaxed Tuscan villa and cultures differ. However our 45 guests and 5 vendors (English, German and Italian) all agreed that these are the most rude and awkward vendors you will ever encounter. Since booking this in 2018, the original live in manager has left and seemingly no structure has been reimplemented. Instead the manager who lives on the other side of Italy now manages this with some guy who owns a bar in town and does the odd few bits. I won’t even get into the disaster of the months leading to our arrival where the owner decided to tell us 5 weeks before the wedding that they can no longer do the catering…. Firstly, despite having this planned for years and confirming 48 hours before arrival, they forgot we were coming so we arrived and there was nobody to be seen. When calling the owner we were told that nobody is there because we told him specifically we didn’t want the room. When sending him the texts and emails we exchanged just days earlier we just got a rude response and no acknowledgement of his error until days later. Eventually somebody arrived to check us in. However that’s putting it politely, we were handed a key and he left. No instructions, no wifi passwords, villa rules… nothing. Bring around day 2…… when we booked we were told we had use of the kitchen units in the rooms (considering we booked the entire villa for 20 people and getting around to town for lunch this is important) and the jacuzzi and pool. When somebody finally turned up to the villa as it’s mostly unstaffed, we asked for toilet roll and plates for the kitchen unit. Then we get told the kitchen units are not allowed anymore because they don’t want to clean them up st the end of stays (not sure why I’m paying a €240 cleaning fee at this point as there is no daily cleaning). Furthermore apparently they also decided the same applies for the jacuzzi which is just a rotting mess now. The swimming pool decking is the most unsafe surface I’ve ever seen in a commercial building. It’s crazy. It should be condemned. The owner quite frankly couldn’t of cares less about any of this. Instead what we received was a text message threatening to kick us out the villa for swimming past 8 (nobody had ever told us we couldn’t and there is no signs) and for drinking our own drinks by pool in plastic cups as we didn’t buy the drinks from the Venue. To be clear, there is nowhere to buy drinks from the venue, there is literally nobody ever there…. It’s insane. Un casale ristrutturato con gusto in una posizione speciale, peccato la mancanza di attenzione ai particolari: in camera non vi è un cestino dove buttare le cose da buttare, ce n'è solo uno piccolo in bagno ma rotto e senza sacchetto. Le lampadine bruciate si cambiano! Trovare capelli nella doccia non è per nulla piacevole! I muri della doccia sono pieni di muffa, veramente una brutta esperienza. La colazione proprio modesta.

La location è molto ben curata e il personale che gestisce la struttura è molto cortese e disponibile. Non ho apprezzato il fatto che non ci è stata rifatta la camera, nonostante in bagno fosse presente l'avviso di lasciare in terra gli asciugamani da cambiare. Non siamo stati avvisati che la pulizia non sarebbe avvenuta durante il nostro soggiorno. La camera ci è stata venduta come "appartamento" ma conteneva solo un letto, un divano/letto e il bagno quindi la definirei assolutamente camera e non appartamento. La colazione, sufficiente per quantità, è piuttosto limitata nella varietà dei prodotti e totalmente assente di specialità locali. Nessun prodotto salato disponibile a buffet.

Week end di famiglia Abbiamo pernottato in uno degli appartamenti du questo bellissimo casale Pulitissimo su due piani con 6 posti letto comodi Bellissimo il posto ,la piscina nel verde è meravigliosa. L ospitalità di Nicola e Mariangela è il valore aggiunto

Casale antico ristrutturato in modo eccellente, rispettando la tipologia delle case contadine tipiche del luogo. Il nostro appartamento, uno di quelli al piano superiore, era ampio, molto pulito, arredato con gusto e funzionalità: Il soggiorno separato dalla camera da letto, la loggia esterna con tavolino e sedie (vista sulla piscina e sulla vallata), il bagno comodo, biancheria di qualità. I gestori sono amichevoli e molto disponibili. La colazione è servita in una veranda molto bella, con dolci fatti in casa e croissant variamente farciti. La bella piscina completa il tutto, e rende il soggiorno perfetto!

La cascina ben ristrutturata domina un paesaggio di borghi e colline all'infinito. Tutto molto curato: dalle camere alla piscina al giardino. Ci ha colpito la pulizia estrema degli ambienti. Gestori cordiali e disponobili. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Das haben wir so noch nie vorgefunden. Überall in der Wohnung lag Schmutz. Klima ging nicht. Einrichtung für 4 bestand aus 2 Hocker und einem kleinen Tisch. Im Aussenbereich kein Schatten. Unfreundliches Personal. Wir sind nach einer Stunde wieder abgereist.
