From the very start, this hotel feels deceitful. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Five hours to prepare a tiny room? Ridiculous. They demand payment in advance because they know that after staying here, no one would want to pay. The spa: The hotel has six floors but only six poolside loungers or cheap, uncomfortable wooden benches. To make matters worse, guests are only allowed to use the pool for one hour per person—a rule conveniently not mentioned during booking. And yes, you’re required to wear a hat in the spa! Guests looked visibly shocked and disappointed upon entering. The steam room and dry sauna are laughably small, barely fitting four people comfortably. The room: Equally disappointing. The wardrobe is so tiny it barely fits two jackets, and there were no robes, slippers, or even a complimentary bottle of water—something that costs mere cents. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and barely functional. The bathroom: A complete disaster. The hot water dripped out miserably, while the cold water came out strong. To top it off, there wasn’t even a complimentary vanity set. The food: Tasteless and served cold. The breakfast was not generous. The Staff: While the kitchen staff was polite, the management team is dismissive and more interested in being right than addressing guest concerns. This hotel clearly prioritizes money over guest experience. They show no care or value for their guests. We could have stayed at a 2-star hotel and saved money if this was the level of service we were going to get. We came here expecting a nice, comfortable experience, but instead, it was a complete disappointment. Thank you, Armon Greenblu Hotel management, for completely ruining our Christmas holiday.
