Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

Great location... clean hotel.. evertjing was good except the shower water pressure.. water pressure was so low .. booked room for 2 nights but because of water issue we canceled the 1 night booking and the hotel was generous enough to refund.. staff able to communicate in a little english

The location is close to restaurants. We need to take the taxi from the metro station. I booked a room for 3, but the hotel only provided 2 sets of towels. We asked the reception, but they refused to provide us with another towel, which ended up one of use just using the small face towel in taking a bath.

kelebihan: 1. Bersebelahan dengan Pintu Keluar F Stesen Kereta Api Guangzhou Timur, ia hanya mengambil masa 30 saat untuk berjalan kaki. 2. Semua pelayan mempunyai sikap yang baik 3. Harga bilik tidak mahal kelemahan: 1. Dekat dengan stesen, jadi dalam pukul 12 malam pun, hon kereta (nada panjang) masih kuat sangat, kuat melampau. Kalis bunyi hotel ini sangat buruk Orang yang mengambil berat tentang bunyi bising harus benar-benar berfikir dengan teliti sebelum memilih untuk menginap. 2. Lobi dan restoran dihiasi dengan ***a Jepun yang cukup cantik. Bagaimanapun, dinding dan peralatan di dalam bilik itu rosak, dan sinki tandas serta dinding bilik mandi berkulat dan hitam. Sama persis dengan foto ulasan yang diberikan oleh tetamu lain.

Basic hotel but has everything you need if you are only looking for a place to rest. Room was big and comfortable, staff were kind. Entrance is slightly off putting but the rooms and hotel are really nice and very close to plenty of restaurants and metro stations. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel has an amazing location, it's in the center and the nearest metro station is 5 minutes on foot. The service was good, the reception staff has an audio translator from English to Chinese which is great. The room itself was very spacious and well equipped, with an AC, huge TV and a comfy bed. All the toiletries were top notch. There were 2 minor problems - the room smelled of smoking and cigarettes and I the floors were still wet from cleaning when I arrived Btw, the WI Fi was excellent which is rate! 50 mbps download speed and stable Zoom calls! EXTRA points for that

Overall It was very good. Room was spacious and staffs were very friendly. Very convenient location. I will come again.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Right next to Fumin mtr exit C. There are so many food options around the hotel. The hotel room is really clean and the design and layout is super pleasing. Definitely recommend anyone coming to SZ to try out this hotel

Always is the human touch that make me want to rate beyond 5 stars to the hotel. Vennie Chen (apologies if I didnt spell it right) learned about the hiccups that I had during my stay. She handle it professionally, the way she handle the situation makes me feel warm and welcome, the sincerity she shown is up and beyond, comparatively or even better than most of the 5 stars hotel out there. Xiao Long tong xue at frontdesk is smart and energetic. He understands how to service guests from different cultural background. The hotel room design is so special, most of the electronics items is controllable via ”xiao du”. Location is good. try this hotel to get a different staying experience. Overall a pleasant stay, and experience the beyond with Vennie and xiao long.

The hotel is licated 5 mins walk from Fuhauli commercial area, opposite the main road is 九州道，both places offer dining and shopping options. The interior of hotel is clean, next building still under construction, but we didn't hear any noise. The wind is strong, wind blow the hotel door hence a bit noisy on door as our room at the corner. The reception is good. Overall worth the money and convenient place.

Kemudahan: Sangat baru dan sangat pintar Kebersihan: bersih dan kemas Persekitaran: Cemerlang Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Tidak ada sikap buruk seperti yang dinyatakan dalam ulasan. Di sebelahnya ialah Sam Belok kiri dan berjalan beberapa ratus meter. Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang besar. Ia adalah sangat mudah untuk makan dan membeli-belah dia acungkan jempol.

Room is fine, modern, clean and mostly silent. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Checkin was smooth and fast. However, we mainly booked this stay because it promotes to have 1) a gym and 2) a huge video system. Turns out the gym is non existent or cannot be used yet (January 2025) and the video system can only be used by Chinese users - it does not offer any English speaking videos and can only connect to ”Asian” devices/ services; no Apple, nor Android, no Youtube, no Netflix. Apart from that there was a lot of noise from some constructions in the building during the day, but that was also clearly stated in the description and no issue for us. Finally, there was an awful sewage stink in the bathroom , probably from one of the sinks. Overall okay, but exactly what was promised. 

Positive - Very good location at Fu Tian area with a very big mall nearby. Hotel entrance is right beside MRT station exit. Room is clean and no stench. Very big TV. Fast WiFi. Strong hot shower. Some construction going on in December but front desk receptionist very helpful provided a room with no noise. Great selection of breakfast options. Free use of laundry and gym. Negative - winter period and centralised Aircon only provides warm air so you have to open room windows to allow cool air in else the room gets stuffy easily. The hotel elevator is shared with other tenants in the building so there might be a wait.

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

Upon check-in , we felt most welcome. Front service staffs including the nite duties staffs are super friendly & helpful. They perform beyond their duties to assist all of us, getting the location of visits and recommendations. Hotels location is a bit old but the hotel provide the best amenities, close to all sights of Beijing Road, enjoy the bidet toilet every morning.

Pertama, kedekatan hotel dengan Beijing Lu sememangnya menjadi tumpuan. Dikelilingi oleh pelbagai pilihan membeli-belah dan tempat makan yang lazat menambahkan dimensi yang menarik kepada penginapan saya, membolehkan saya menyelami budaya dan masakan tempatan dengan mudah. Walau bagaimanapun, walaupun a**osfera yang sibuk di luar, suasana di dalam bilik hotel agak terjejas. Kesimpulannya, walaupun lokasi hotel berhampiran Beijing Lu sudah pasti menawarkan pengalaman yang bertenaga dan dinamik, terdapat kawasan di mana penambahbaikan boleh dilakukan. Menangani isu seperti bau yang tidak menyenangkan di dalam bilik dan melaksanakan langkah kalis bunyi untuk mengurangkan gangguan bunyi akan meningkatkan pengalaman tetamu secara keseluruhan dengan ketara. Selain itu, mengembangkan dan meningkatkan tawaran sarapan boleh meningkatkan lagi daya tarikan hotel kepada pengembara yang arif.

Everything abt this hotel are so good.. Location is so convenient. Abv train station and shopping malls and Beijing street with lots of food n shopping. Reception counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and slight late check out. The only problem i had was the shower head water pressure. But overall its acceptable. House keeping staff is also very prompt whenever we call to request for items. She's very attentive to the number of pax checked into the room and ensure we have sufficient towel n toiletries

The first impression is classy. Minimalist style and very clean hotel, provide sufficient amenities (with refill), great quality for hair shampoo, room cleaning service everyday, hotel helped to collect parcel up-front, robot delivery for food delivery, overall is a very pleasant stay! Will definitely recommend for others.

Hotel is very very clean, changed the tower for us everyday. Location is very good as it’s very near to Beijing Road, it’s walkable distance. It’s also near to Gongyuanqian metro station where it just takes about 8 minutes walking distance. Receptionists are also very friendly and assisted us for early check in upon our arrival. They also upgraded the room type for us. However, there are some renovation works made nearby the hotel hence this leads some kind of disruption while we are still sleeping. In overall, still highly recommended and satisfy.

Room is clean with all the necessary amenities, eg, tooth brush,sandal it's is very near gong bei custom so, it's is very convenient to go to macau, overall I feel happy with the hotel

Impeccable hotel, I highly recommend! Problems with communication with the team because no one spoke English, and at breakfast it was very crowded, it looked like a war to eat. Location has a great view, but for those who want to go to Macao in the casinos not breaking, because it is necessary to go through the immigration there and back, if the rest great hotel.

Th hotel service was very good. Manager 趙先生 also upgraded our room to a terrace! ! Breakfast is also included! ! The young lady is very beautiful! ! The hotel gave us a souvenir when we left! ! ! !

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

距離深圳1.5小時車程！！城堡酒店誰還沒來！！ 這裏真是太美啦！連我都住到捨不得走！孩子直接在房間玩一整天都不想出門🥰 地址就在珠海～距離深圳也就1.5小時車程～快到孩子來住吧！！

I've seen a lot of Hong Kong visitor staying here. Very convenient. Close to the night market (10-15 minutes walk). Room very spacious. Will stay again.
