Very nice apartament - we had 3 bedrooms one. Highly recommend this apartament. Very clean, pretty new and not used at all. Location in heart of Futian district, very close to two or three shopping malls with plenty of shops and restaurants - literally like 2 mins walk to each of them. A little hard to find a place, as there are many entrances to the building and „lobby” is a small room on floor 6. Staff very nice, showed us where to go to the apartament. Communication via WeChat with them also very convenient. Breakfast option - everyday they deliver breakfast from McDonald’s for 2 person and leave it by the door. Each includes some dough, McMuffin and coffee as I remember. Very nice stay in nice place, good price. It doesn’t have any pool or gym or restaurant, but it is not what we were looking for. Happy with the choice 4,5/5 stars.

Harga bilik tidak mahal kelemahan: 1. Dekat dengan stesen, jadi dalam pukul 12 malam pun, hon kereta (nada panjang) masih kuat sangat, kuat melampau. Kalis bunyi hotel ini sangat buruk Orang yang mengambil berat tentang bunyi bising harus benar-benar berfikir dengan teliti sebelum memilih untuk menginap. 2. Lobi dan restoran dihiasi dengan ***a Jepun yang cukup cantik. Bagaimanapun, dinding dan peralatan di dalam bilik itu rosak, dan sinki tandas serta dinding bilik mandi berkulat dan hitam. Sama persis dengan foto ulasan yang diberikan oleh tetamu lain.

I stayed at a budget hotel Though the price was very affordable, my experience turned out to be pleasantly surprising. The breakfast was served although the selection was limited, the fresh bread and coffee were satisfying. While it may not have been luxurious, it was enough to fill me up and fuel my day it provided unexpected comfort and convenience. For those on a tight budget, it is definitely a solid choice. This stay proved that price doesn’t always equate to quality; the simplicity, cleanliness, and friendly service added a touch of warmth to my travels.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Right next to Fumin mtr exit C. There are so many food options around the hotel. The hotel room is really clean and the design and layout is super pleasing. Definitely recommend anyone coming to SZ to try out this hotel

The location is good. There is a foods street just opposite the hotel and just 5 minutes walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Seperate toilet and shower area is great. There is free coffee machines and drinks at the hotel lobby so we can have coffee every morning. All the staffs are very friendly, the hotel even provides me more (4-5) bottles of drinking water everyday and late checkout till 2pm. The only cons are the soundproofing in the room is not that good, can hear the noise from next door and also outside the window. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute to extend our exploration of Shenzhen beyond the day and it's location was perfect for us, 5 mins walk to One Avenue and Citylink underground malls, with Exit 12 leading to Line 2 (Futian HSR, Sea World, Window of the World, Hubei, Daimeisha) and easy transfer to other lines. It turned out to be one of the best value stays in Futian. Beyond the humble lobby, the hotel packs a lot of cosy and homely services in their guest stay experience. Reception staff kindly upgraded us to a window room at our request. It was very clean, spacious, full of smart tech, yet comfortable and relaxing with tasteful natural accents (a landscape art above the bed, green shower tiles, wood furniture). Included are in-room minibar beverages, a healthy teatime station, goodnight snack and 24hrs warm tea at the lounge, gym walking machines, laundry corner, even a robot that will deliver your online delivery meals directly to your room. They also offer breakfast, which we did not take. We are almost sorry we had to check out. We will definitely choose this hotel for future weekend trips to Shenzhen!

Close to both dongmen market and luohu immigration port. Within 10-15minutes walk. Very convenient as many restaurants are around. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed many times in this hotel and it’s always been comfortable.

Very near to Guangzhou Airport by car, about 10 minutes. Hotel will provide pickup & drop off to airport. Many eateries & convenient stores next to hotel & they all opened till very late into the night. Room is spacious & clean, good enough for a sleepover before catching your flight the next day. Beside the hotel are also a few other hotels, thus making the area lively. There is a halal Lanzhou Lamian shop opposite the road

Good location nearly Beiling lu old marke and metro line. Room is very clean and has a housekeeper to clean everyday. For the best things is the bathroom there is a hand-held bidet.

1st location considers good, as it's not too far from Tian He Cheng(天何城) shopping mall. Yet it's not located in a noisy area. abit of walking distance, however, we realise a shortcut to 大佛寺. nearby, mostly in the tourist area. however, you can use BaiDu Map with the little help of 小红书. Still able to find local food stalls with more local prices, yet the quality of the taste did not drop. Our room have Ash tray, yet the room n corridor there is no cig/smoking smell at all. I'm really amazed. And this hotel room is a smart room. Will definitely head back to this hotel again when we go GZ. Came in room suddenly can smell a strong smelly smell, probably from toilet. They have automatic curtains, easily close and open the curtain with the buttons beside the bed. Toilet uses automated bidet system like Japan unfortunately the one that wash your poo poo is not working, only flushing and heating on the sitting part. Either you use toilet paper or go to the shower and wash. Free breakfast in the morning till 12pm, I like the noodles only. Accessible to metro about 300-500m away, need to walk quite some distance if you don’t mind. Aircond is very strong and cold depend on what u set.

This hotel is in a very good and convenient location near the airport of Guangzhou. The staff are very attentive and very polite.

The hotel is more of a serviced apartment, so it’s good if you just need a place to rest. It’s easy to find and close to the Midtown precinct. There is a good range of food within a short walk. The beach is around 20 minute didi ride away.

Walkable to Gongbei Port, suitable if you're transitting to Macau or Hongkong in the middle of the street. Lots of eateries, shop and wet/supermarket Room is spacious. Clean and sleek looking. TV providing movie channels. Just that it doesn't have a fridge but not much impact to me

先説結論：入住體驗超預期，全家都很滿意，在計劃下次入住了。再講細節：視野開闊，附圖是我親自拍的，直接出圖，看景是去露台，現場視覺效果更佳；前台服務體貼，瞭解到有觀景需求，主動安排了免費的房間升級；房間設施齊全，店家的圖都是實景圖，我就不重複了，薄羽絨被很好用。最後還要感謝：感謝前台和客房的服務，給我們帶來了滿意體驗，期待下次的服務了。

This hotel room was clean and up to standards . The staff here is extremely helpful and attentive . Free was Parking available during my stay and the breakfast was simple yet nutritional . Definitely coming back here again !

-Very clean and spacious room - Easy check-in process -Pleasantly large bathroom - Modern fixtures - Bedroom backs onto next room’s living room so could hear the tv quite clearly - No fridge, so could couldn’t keep baby’s milk cold, although friendly receptionist offered their lobby fridge - No breakfast available as dining hall was still being renovated - Lack of amenities such as dressing gowns, iron etc. although coffee, water, kettle and bathroom accessories were provided - Check out stated as 12:00 although after messaging reception they said check out until 14:00 is available

New hotel with new amenities but the hotel didn’t allow us to check in when we arrived at 4. There is only one lift and the rooms are close to one another. Also the TV does not allow for HDMI use. Maybe try other location when I go Zhuhai next time

位置就在夏湾夜市旁，非常方便到楼下吃宵夜。楼高10層，全新装修，前台给我10楼窗向內街夜晚睡觉不嘈，内裡面積不大約19平方，但大床够濶，窗户够大，開揚遠景。聲控，空调够凍，高清大电视，智能马桶，冲身水壓够勁够熟，AI聲控电视空调窗簾及音樂聽歌，非常好玩自在，机械人送物品上房，缺点是没有冰箱，如較细空调廁所有陣陣溝渠味渗出。这房价也很合理，住了雨晚客服有礼细心，房内没有安装电话，要用微信與客服聯絡。

Receptionist service is very friendly and good, they helped us a lot especially when we are foreigners and they willing to help us a lot. Room is clean and all smart devise, very unique ! Will come again when visiting Zhuhai!
