This was an excellent value for money stay! The hotel's service was truly impressive; we felt a warm welcome from the moment we walked in, and they even proactively helped with our luggage. The location is also superb, making transportation incredibly convenient. The self-service beverages were delicious. There's a well-stocked wine cabinet on the second floor with many reasonably priced selections; I even bought a bottle upon check-out! The hotel is also very close to many attractions. I highly recommend it to all my friends!

I stayed here for a few days for business.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was big, the sheets were clean, and I could sleep well. The cleaning was careful in every detail.
After I entered the room, I got a call from the front desk asking, “Is this room okay?” I felt their care.
During my stay, the front desk staff helped me a lot. They lent me scissors, tape, and an umbrella, and they also helped me extend my stay quickly. They supported me in many ways.
If you stay near Guangzhou Railway Station, I recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a month here and I can confirm this place is the best place to be if you are coming to Guangzhou. Had the best experience staying here and close to literally places, the services was top notch. The staffs were nice and friendly, made friends there. The hotel is clean the room is big and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. Easy to walk around and I discover something very delicious opposite the hotel there’s this dumpling shop nice to eat and good to buy. I bought some cold dumpling to bring back home to enjoy with my family and friends😋

The hotel was excellent! It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and smartly managed. The location is superb, just 200-300 meters from Guomao Metro Station and very close to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also great. It offers fantastic value for money. My flight was delayed due to heavy rain, and when I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

FFrancesco C. - ITAI have to admit that the hotel is very convenient, as it’s located very close to Nanzhou metro station. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Unfortunately, China has yet to implement a no-smoking law for hotels, and many of the rooms in this property are designated for smokers. Although my room was spotless and odor-free, the corridors often smelled of cigarette smoke due to other guests leaving their doors open for reasons I couldn’t understand. While this is allowed in China and not necessarily a fault of the hotel, I do hope regulations will change soon.
As for the room, I did have some concerns about the soundproofing—traffic noise and construction sounds from a building site across the street were quite noticeable.
One important point to mention: I didn’t find any staff at the reception who spoke English. While it’s true that today we have many tools for real-time translation, I believe that in a modern hotel catering to international guests, having at least one English-speaking staff member at the front desk should be a basic requirement. It’s essential for getting local advice on restaurants, amenities, directions, and more.
Another small note from a European perspective: breakfast was entirely traditional Cantonese, with no international options available—only some fruit. Also, the food items were not labeled in any other language, which might be confusing for some guests.
Overall, my experience was very positive, and I believe this hotel has great potential for improvement in the future.
Would I stay here again? Yes.

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were well soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The smart assistant (Xiao Du) was a great feature; it allowed us to order takeout and have it delivered directly to our room without needing to go downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful.

RRandy.ChungHeshan QuanZhi Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious and well-lit lobby, combined with soft lighting, created a relaxing ambiance.
I stayed in a deluxe double room, which was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allowed plenty of natural light to fill the room. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The indoor pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant and a bar, providing guests with plenty of dining options.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were efficient in checking me in, and the housekeeping staff were attentive to detail.
While the breakfast selection was not extensive, the quality was good. There were various types of bread, fresh fruits, salads, and made-to-order noodles, catering to different tastes.
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and major attractions.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Additionally, the hotel's parking lot can get crowded during peak hours.
Overall, Heshan QuanZhi Hotel is a great hotel. The comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Heshan.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal.
One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months.
Cleanliness:
I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis).
Amenities:
I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future.
Service :
The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

TTraveling ZetaA Hotel of Contrasts: Modern Comfort Let Down by Inconsistent Housekeeping
I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and my experience was a real mixed bag with some significant highs and frustrating lows.
The Pros: What I Loved
· Modern & Well Equipped Room: The building appears to be very new. My room was a great size pnot too big, not too small. It was equipped with some fantastic amenities that made the stay comfortable:
· A nice, comfortable bed.
· A convection stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge.
· A balcony with a washing machine and provided soap an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay.
· A large screen TV.
· Excellent Location: The location is perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. It's close to the electronic markets, within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat.
The Cons: What Needs Serious Improvement
· Poor and Inconsistent Housekeeping: This was, by far, the biggest issue.
· Our first room was unacceptable. We found hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. It seemed they had just sprayed air freshener on the floor instead of actually cleaning.
· Our second room was better, but daily cleaning was neglected. Housekeeping often opted to just bring new towels and take out the trash, completely neglecting to mop the floors, clean the toilet/shower, or wipe down tables.
· We had to complain to management, who then had to personally supervise the cleaning to ensure it was done properly (making the bed, mopping, wiping surfaces).
· On our final day, no one came to clean at all.
· The cleaning staff never seemed to arrive before 4:00 or 5:00 PM, despite us being asked around noon if we wanted service. They always seemed overworked, with two ladies managing a cart full of supplies for the entire hotel.
· Missing Essentials: For a room with a convection stove, it was a major letdown that no cookware or silverware was provided. This makes the kitchenette feature almost useless unless you bring your own.
· Pay-Per-View TV: The TV is modern, but don't expect to watch any movies for free. You have to pay for any on-demand content.
Verdict:
This hotel has fantastic potential. The rooms are modern, well sized, and packed with great amenities in a prime location. However, the severe and consistent issues with housekeeping cleanliness and the lack of basic kitchenware significantly marred the experience. I can only recommend it if the management makes a serious commitment to training and staffing their cleaning team properly. Until then, it's a gamble on whether you'll get a truly clean room.

YypoolThe facilities are comprehensive, and the lobby is beautiful, great for photos. The hotel is excellent overall. Special thanks to Xiao Qiu and Xiao Qin at the front desk for their outstanding service. The room features a very large screen for casting/streaming. The location is super convenient, being very close to the creative park. The room itself was spotlessly clean and tidy. I will definitely be back next time!

AAudrey ChongI am very impressed by the staff. They are friendly, easy to approach (esp when we need transport as well as food), willing to help, and always with a smily face. The room is hugh and clean, not forgetting the DIY laundry. There are 3 tourist itineraries near the hotel and there is a mini mart just beside the hotel. We are so happy with Orange hotel and will come back again to stay again.
