Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is stunning and so was the room, we booked the room with the private pool. The customer service was incredible and everyone was so kind. Not a single person made fun of our terrible french (at least not to our faces). Pro's: great location, walkable to some great restaurants, amazing view, comfortable bed, really good quality bath products, and incredible customer service. Con's: If you are coming to explore just downtown fort-de-france, this location might not be ideal for you. I could not get in touch with them using email, but we had no issues at all. I've seen folks complain about the breakfast, but it's really good given the standard breakfast I've seen at most places. It's not noteworthy, but it's solid.

We stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed the amazing view from the infinity pool and from our balcony. The design is truly outstanding and with love for the detail. Spacious suite, great breakfast / dining area and super friendly staff. i can only recommend.

My husband and I booked this hotel for one week for our 12 year anniversary. We hoped for a peaceful, beautiful space with friendly service and a beautiful place to rest and relax and enjoy ourselves. From arrival it was nothing as we hoped. Unhelpful staff, impossible to find and when you did, useless unless you are perfectly fluent in French. unable to assist or support any of your needs or requests. Over priced, distasteful food and drink possibilities and lack of knowledgeable staff who present horrific food options and over charge you for it. No pool towels/conditioner/toothpaste and additional supply needs even when asked for repeatedly. Attitude with staff when requesting help or assistance. After staying one week in a humid, hot climate we requested our sheets be changed, which they didn’t do during our entire stay. We asked for support to book a restaurant during our stay to the hotel manager, Marc. He didn’t reply. And loud uncomfortable surroundings as the driveway was ripped up when we arrived and builders and work were around the area making noise waking us up from the early morning every day of our stay. Truly the worst stay possible. No assistance or help in understanding our needs, no empathy to try to correct or make things better. Very sad and disappointing.

Unacceptable attitude by the hotel who cancel our booking 24 hours before our arrival. Didn’t bother to rellocate us . Four star hotel will have offer us relocation!!! The hotel didn’t answer our multiple messages, just ignoring our questions. Hotel phone main line on answering machine.

This boutique hotel is located on the hights of Fort-De-France. It has a spectacular view over the city and the sea. The interior is tastefully decorated matching vintage with modern. The service level of this jotel is far beyond the service level of a genuine 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The infinity swimming pool has a mindblowing view. I’ll certainly come back to this exceptional place! A special thanks to Marc-André and his family for their hospitality. Don’t hesitate to book as most of the 5 available rooms tend to be booked early!

Nous sommes restés 1 nuit au paradis, cet endroit est une petite pepite perché sur les hauteurs de fort de France. Autant a l'accueil (lhomme aux yeux verts ,désolée jai zappé le nom😬) que romain au petit dej, une équipe tres avenante ,je recommande mille fois!! Sans parler du lieu!!! Un mot: magique

Non recommandé. Rien ne correspond à ce que le site web montre et mentionne. Le petit déjeuner de 8h inclus dans la chambre à 450€/nuit !!!!! n'a été servi qu'à 9h55 sans préavis ni excuse ni concession. Pas de lait pour le café, beaucoup de négligence etc ! Paiement à l'arrivée pourtant, vraiment une honte !

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans cette grande bâtisse rénovée avec son cha**e certain des années 30 qui présente une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la baie de Fort-de-France et un jardin très bien agencé et aménagé. Le personnel était bienveillant, et le propriétaire était très accueillant et avenant. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient très copieux et de qualité. La cheffe etait adorable et soucieuse de notre bien-être. La chambre était somptieuse, avec ses terrase et piscine privatisées. C'est un lieu d'exception qui permet d'avoir une coupure apaisante du quotidien.

Nous avons fait escale 3 nuits lors de notre voyage de noce. La villa est magnifique, avec un très beau jardin, une piscine à débordement et une vue splendide sur FDF, mais l'entretien et l'hygiène laissent sérieusement à désirer. Salle de bain et toilettes sales.
