Wish I had stayed at my original choice, Hilton Beach Resort. Here we go: 1) upon check in told they don't have the room (I reserved months in ADVANCE -thru Marriot BTW) available so giving you another. I ask does have inter coastal view and fridge? Yes ok, no explanation, no apology-nothing. 2) Room dated and has seen better days, headboard filthy, furniture banged up, oh and this “other” room I was rudely assigned was smaller than my original reserved room 3) the breakfast was nothing special, at all. Now the WORST part-our last night we were going to take the evening water taxi 1 last time and enjoy the nighttime cruise BUT- 4) around 6:30ish pm, an alarm and recorded voice came on warning us to evacuate the hotel, DO NOT use the elevator, exit by via the stairwell. Fresh from the shower I throw on some shorts and a t-shirt. So we schlep down the stairs, from the 8th floor, out to the front of the place. People standing around, no one from the hotel any where. This goes on for 15 minutes, still nobody and no fire engines, no police-zero, nada, nothing. We go back into the lobby to find out what is going on-people mulling around, front desk clerk just sitting there like noting is going on (same dude who reassigned me anther room). A woman goes up to this guy and says, “what is going on, what’s the problem?” She is told “their people” checked it out and there is no problem. Waiting for fire fighters to come and turn off the alarm and warning. Yes it was still going off and the warning still blaring. We go into the bar-full of patrons-and ask the bartender, does she know anything, as she works here. Nope she was told nothing and is overwhelmed. We go out to the little patio and figure great our last night is ruined, no cruise, no dinner. The sweet bartender comes out and asks if we’d like a drink, sure. She brings out our drinks and we chat. She was the only highlight of this place. Didn’t get her name but she’s from Maine. Thank you darling-you were wonderful! Suddenly she says, ‘WAIT I DON’T HEAR IT ANY MORE.” And just like that it’s over. Not 1 person from the hotel acknowledged the incident OR communicated that it’s okay to go back to our rooms-again ZERO. So we take the elevator back up to our room. I assumed it was ok. So it’s around 7:45 ish, since our dinner reservations were ruined we take our last night’s left over to microwave them to eat. Guess what? Yep microwave doesn’t work. Go down to the bar/breakfast are to use that micro. Same sweet bartender asks if she can help us, as the breakfast area was closed off. She kindly warmed up the left overs. I thought for sure they’d make phone calls or check on guests and explain! NOPE, again a big fat. ZERO, nada, nothing, no communication. So recap-rudely assigned different room than reserved thru Marriot website-with no explanation, room very worn, micro not in working condition, and an emergency (I assume, because no one EVER explained what happened) that c

Saya menginap di hotel ini 2/19-2/23 dan berada di 4 bilik berbeza dalam 4 malam. Bilik pertama berbau seperti asap walaupun ia tidak merokok. Kami ditukar serta-merta. Tingkap bilik kedua mempunyai simbol phallic dilukis di atasnya, tiada rak atau bar tuala di bilik mandi dan pintu pancuran mandian kekal yang hanya menutup separuh pancuran mandian supaya air mengalir ke seluruh lantai. Kami mengalami gangguan di lorong pada kira-kira 1:30a kedua-dua malam dan tiada sesiapa berada di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dari 11p - 7a untuk menangani keadaan, mereka mengharapkan anda menghubungi polis. Bilik ketiga adalah kecil (kami tidak peduli) dengan balkoni dan pemandangan laut. Tiada pengering rambut, yang kami minta dan tidak pernah diterima. Namun, pintu perancis yang bersambung dengan bilik sebelah. Mereka mempunyai kunci tetapi tidak menutup sepenuhnya dan mempunyai jurang yang besar. (gambar dilampirkan) Ini adalah isu besar kerana banyak sebab. Keselamatan - kerana penghuni menarik pintu pada 10:30p dan boleh menariknya dengan kuat dan membukanya. Mengganggu - mereka sangat kuat dan dengan jurang, kami mungkin berada di dalam bilik yang sama kerana kami dapat mendengar keseluruhan perbualan mereka. Mereka kuat dari 10:30p - 11:30p dan kemudian sekali lagi dari 1:15a - 3a. Bilik ini jelas merupakan lanjutan daripada suite dan tiada sesiapa yang dibenarkan tinggal di sana yang tidak mengenali orang yang menginap di suite, apatah lagi mengenakan bayaran untuknya. Akhirnya bilik keempat - mempunyai pemandangan laut dan balkoni tetapi pemegang pancuran mandian tertanggal apabila saya menghidupkannya, sekali lagi tiada rak atau palang tuala, separuh pintu pancuran mandian dan kami dikejutkan pada pukul 12:30 tetapi apa yang kami fikir adalah mencuci kuasa berlaku di dapur di luar kerana generator sangat kuat. Penyambut tetamu di meja penyambut tetamu cuba membantu yang mereka boleh dalam menukar bilik kami. Salah seorang daripada mereka telah membayar balik yuran resort kami sebanyak $60 (yang ternyata mereka hanya membayar separuh). Tetapi percutian kami mengambil masa setiap hari untuk bercakap dengan mereka dan datang dari pantai untuk mengemas, menukar bilik dan membongkar barang kami. 2 daripada 3 lorong tingkat yang kami masuki berbau marihuana setiap kali turun dari lif. Makanan dan minuman Tiki Bar sedap walaupun lambat. Kakitangan bersuara pada 3 kali berbeza kepada kami tentang kakitangan mereka yang pendek. Saya menghantar 3 e-mel kepada pengurus besar Mike Lang dan meninggalkan beberapa mesej kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Dia akhirnya menelefon untuk memberitahu saya dia telah menghantar e-mel saya kepada seseorang bernama Sarah untuk menghubungi (bosnya). Dia menjelaskan dia kesal dengan isu kami dan memahami dari mana asal kami tetapi dia tidak boleh berbuat apa-apa kecuali menawarkan malam percuma. Memandangkan masalah yang kami lalui, hakikatnya saya tidak tahu bila saya dan rakan saya boleh kembali dan satu malam tidak mencukupi, saya berkata kami lebih suka membayar balik. Dia telah membayar balik separuh lagi daripada yuran resort ($30). Saya meminta dia untuk maklumat hubungan Sarah dan dia tidak akan memberikannya dan memberitahu saya dia akan berhubung. Saya telah menghantar 2 e-mel susulan kepadanya yang saya tidak pernah mendengar daripadanya dan tidak mendapat apa-apa. Ini bukan cara sesiapa mengharapkan untuk menghabiskan percutian mereka. Memakan masa dan mengecewakan untuk dikatakan paling tidak. Lebih memburukkan lagi bahawa mereka tidak bertindak balas untuk cuba memperbaikinya. Saya telah melaporkan hotel ini kepada BBB dan sedang menunggu jawapan.

Wonderful location. Close to beaches and shopping. Parking is an issue. You must pay to park your car overnight. I believe it was $20, maybe $15. Otherwise you park in city parking spots that also require a fee and moving your car around to new spots as many don't allow overnight parking. The room was musty and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Even so, at this price point, at this location, I would recommend to young people looking for a cheap place to stay.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

商務出差還是很不錯的,乾淨,服務好,免費停車,衛生間也夠大,還帶陽台,床品乾淨,無異味,旁邊吃飯什麼的也方便,衹要是可以盲訂,萬豪的很少踩坑,價格也不貴
