Hotel Fort Worth dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Very nice vintage building in downtown Ft. Worth. Room was well appointed and reasonably clean - not spotless - but acceptable. There were a lot of little things that really detracted from what could be a great place to stay. 1) Valet parking was exxxxxtremely slow - like 30 minutes to retrieve your vehicle 2) Tub drain was about as backed up as the valet parking service. 3) Had a single k-cup of coffee in the room 4) No complimentary water - you can buy downstairs for $4 a bottle - I mean c'mon, put a couple of bottles in the room for cryin' out loud 5) No coffee in the lobby in the morning - muffins, yogurt and fruit - but no coffee 6) When we arrived Friday evening, the hotel bar was not running due to lack of a bar tender. Like I said - lot's of little annoyances that would be easy to fix and make this place an excellent value.

After many days and lots of money spent we were asked to leave because my car window was busted out as if it was my fault. Normally my favorite location. Needless to say not any more

My first time at this Courtyard Marriott. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Mr. Lyons greeted me with a big smile and polite manner, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I enjoyed seeing that smile everyday he was there. The room was clean and spacious, The bed and pillows were the best! It was so comfy! Best sleep I’ve had in a while. All snuggled in the clean, comfy, cozy bed, with great pillows, the black out curtains closed and AC keeping the room cool in our 105 degree weather. The room had a refrigerator which was nice to have. The cleaning ladies did a great job and were so nice and helpful. I miss Mr Lyons smile and kindness. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the Fort Worth Omni!!! It’s a beautiful hotel and there was not a stone not turned in the design of this hotel. Every single thing was well thought out. Clean hotel and friendly staff! We will definitely stay again when we visit again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food. Highly recommend!

Room is nice enough, but the shower caulking is getting moldy & needs replacement. Not that big of a deal. The bed was very comfortable. Now for the gym.... When you first walk in it seems like it's ok just small. However 2 out of 3 treadmills are out of service. The buttons on the Elliptical & stairclimber are broken. The elliptical without the handles will change resistance, but the ramp buttons don't do anything. That is 5 out of the 7 machines not operating correctly. The dumbbells set is missing both the 30 lb & 35 lb weights. There are no ab mats available. The universal machine is in poor condition. I know not everyone finds this that important, but for those of us trying to stay in shape on the road, this is extremely frustrating. I hope management does something to fix the sad state fo the gym.

Agak menjengkelkan memandangkan kolam renang adalah salah satu sebab utama membuat tempahan dengan mereka bersama dengan sarapan. Selain itu, perkhidmatannya bagus dan harganya juga bagus.
