SsstravelerMy wife and I stayed here one night, we checked in, to find out the elevators have not worked for over two weeks! Of course we were given a second floor room and told the stairs were at the end of the hall. Not a big deal, I often take the stairs anyway. We walk into the room, all appears nice, I turned the light on, then we notice, there is only one lamp next to the bed, no other lights or lamps in this ”suite”! No lamp at the desk, no lamp next to the couch! One of the ceiling lights in the bathroom was burned out. I called the front desk to inquire about the absence of lamps, the clerk said she would look for a bulb, I said, there are no lamps, a bulb will do no good! It seems she had no idea what I was talking about, never heard any more from her, never received an offer of another room, nothing. The rest of the room was in less than stellar condition, the desk had a good sized hole in the top of it, the light switches in the bathroom had substantial gaps around the edges, the paint around the bathroom door was excessively chipped, the bathtub diverter valve was pitted and the carpet near the desk was loose. The windows did a poor job of keeping out the freeway noise, even though the hotel is set back quite a ways from the highway. The blackout curtains did not close tight enough to keep the lights in the parking lot out. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good, don't know about the tv, since I don't watch that, the wifi worked well. Breakfast, thanks to the covid nonsense, consisted of a sack snack, a ”breakfast” bar, a tangerine and a pouch of sunny D or something like that. I have been staying with the Choice group of hotels for many years, in the last few years, they seem to have gone downhill quite a bit! It may be time to change my loyalty program.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. My bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. When I checked in the service was very polite and the process went smoothly. I loved the location because I was there for the Arts Fest and I was close to downtown. The breakfast in the morning was not fancy but everything was fresh and clean and hit the spot. The housekeeping staff was very courteous and seemed to take pride in their job which showed through out the property. I would recommend to my family and friends to stay here if they were visiting the Fort Worth area.

PPengguna TetamuI stay here faithfully. Have been for the last 3 years or so. The family is so nice and they always take good care of me. They’re affordable and it’s quieter than you would think. I’ll continue to come back.

SSammed21130Fabulous stay! Friendly staff, would definitely stay here again. Me and my family enjoyed our one night stay. Great location.The check in and out was quick and helpful. Great value for the price.We discovered early on in our stay, that the location of this hotel, was conveniently located to the freeway and only 15 minutes away from where our relatives reside. It was also only about 30 minutes from the airport; making it a straight shot to return our rental car before leaving the area.

JJessicaIa adalah bilik yang sangat luas. Itulah kelebihan terbesarnya. Kakitangannya cukup mesra. Lokasinya betul-betul dengan perjalanan pantas jadi ia cukup selesa. Satu-satunya perkara negatif ialah mentol lampu baharu perlu ada di dalam almari kerana anda tidak dapat melihat apa-apa jika anda meletakkan barang di sana.

PPengguna TetamuI’ve never had such a horrible experience. My husband booked this for me without checking the reviews. When you first walk in it looks nice. Nice lobby with new carpet and nice big Christmas tree The gal at front desk was the rudest and unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. 1st she had ear buds in and was face timing some guy who appeared to be laying in bed. (I’ll explain shortly how I know that) She didn’t acknowledge me at all, she just stood there staring at me and talking to someone Finally I said I’m here to check in. Her response was just Drivers license. I won’t bore u with all the details but 1- I was not only one there at desk having issues with her. 2- reservation was under husbands name so she was refusing to let me check in. When I told her I knew my husband had told them during reservation he would not be with me. The front desk gal then stuck her phone up to the glass in front of my face. First thing I saw in the corner of the phone was a guy laying in a bed with a blanket on. Originally I thought it was the manager or something. No she was putting the phone to my face with a screen shot of the reservation and proceeded to ask me where on the reservation I saw my name. I proceeded to call my husband who then called reservations. Reservations told her basically to let us check in. When she got off phone she smirked and said they told her she couldn’t do it. LIE!!! Finally reservations rebooked it in my name and after doing a security deposit she let us check in. We got stuck in elevator briefly and when we got to the room it was aweful. My 15 year old niece wouldn’t even sit down in the room. The phone didn’t work and I know at least 2 other rooms had same issue. The carpet had stuff all over it, lamp shades were broken and torn, towel on tub was stained, large stain on the sheet of one bed, paint slopped all over the place. Over all was just horrible. We immediately booked a room at SpringHill Suites. When we went to check out less than an hour after the hour ordeal of checking in and no one was at desk. My mom rang buzzer several times and when front desk gal returned she started yelling at us for ringing it more than once as she was in bathroom. My deposit should have been put back on my credit card thanksgiving day after 11am. 5 days later it still hasn’t been refunded. I will never stay at a days inn again because of this. Not only because of how disgusting the room was but also because how rudely we were treated. It was very obvious that the owners and staff couldn’t care less about the property or the guests. There is no way I would have slept on that bed, showered and sure wouldn’t eat breakfast there. Amazing that they made the effort in the lobby but absolutely none anywhere else. No pride at all
