Pros: Overall Quality for the family leisure stay is good. Excellent location, quiet environment and yet easy to access to all major attractions : Kangaroo Point, Museums, Street Beach, etc... Cons: The 24 hour pre booking requirement for the swimming pool was a little discouraging and disappointing. There was no tray for holding oil or sauce residue in the stove so we had to buy aluminium foil.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. Upon arrival, I discovered a used and stained shirt next to the couch, which raised immediate concerns about the room’s cleanliness. In the bathroom, I found a used shaving razor and crumpled wrapping paper, indicating that the space had not been properly cleaned or maintained. Additionally, there were noticeable red stains on one of the doors leading to the bathroom and several tags scattered throughout the apartment. To make matters worse, there were stains near the toilet. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my experience. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable environment.

Had a great stay with our hotel here - good location beside city, good front desk service at Miro beside, spacious rooms for 5 of us (+1 bed add on for $35/night) with 2 rooms. Well furnished with a washing machine and dishwasher. Also note it's in the clubbing area so you'll see queues on Friday night. Some affordable food options nearby.

Everything was perfect. Even car park was warm dry and clean.

Perfect position when attending an event at the Fortitude Valley Music Hall. Walking distance to lots of entertainment and eating places. Great size apartment, bed was very comfortable. Will stay there again.

Really lovely apartment - was really clean and well equipped. Really close to story bridge and not too far from the CBD on a bus. Would really recommend.

Great location. Check in process was easy. Parking is 25$ per day. Apartment was clean and spacious but bedrooms had no air conditioner just fans. One air conditioner in living room was not sufficient to cool the apartment in the middle of a Brisbane summer.

This property is conveniently located just outside the main Fortitude Valley entertainment area. It is a nice five to ten minute walk to many restaurants, shopping, and more in the Valley, James Street, New Farm, and Howard Smith Wharves due to its central location. The staff are friendly and attentive as needed. The apartment we received, however, was not ideal. The Air Con / Heating was only in the main area, so you sweat or froze as you slept in your bedroom which was frustrating. The apartment was not cleaned properly, with candy wrappers on the floor in the family room, razor caps in the washroom on the floor with dental floss in the shower. Dust and dirt, scuff marks were also seen throughout. We had to wipe down everything with anti bacterial wipes in order for things to be clean enough for use. The apartment was also poorly insulated as we heard everything in the nearby apartments and on the street below. This was not good for sleeping. Lastly, there was no gym or any other facilities available. I would not stay again.

The self service apartment was nice and clean, the check in and check out were no nonsense and the location was very central in Brisbane, pretty practical to go anywhere.
