For the price not worth it. Great location yes, but hotel and room not up to cost. Room so dark, foyer is dark also. Staff professional but not hospitality at all. Pool is nice, was backend of summer and slight heating but wasn’t able to stay in long. Would be amazing in summer. Just couldn’t go back at that price

Phenomenal staff from Check in to front desk Manager. Forgot an item and they emailed and arranged shipping. Seamless. Professional and friendly. Amazing stay. Will highly recommend

Great Location, bed was comfy! Staff service was average and didn’t feel like 5 star. Didn’t enjoy having to walk through a rooftop bar to get to the pool - odd design.

The Crystalbrook Vincent is a very nice boutique style hotel with lovely furnishings, great design and everything you need right at your doorstep in the form of HSW, the river and its easy walkway to the CBD. However, bear in mind it is directly under the approaches to the Story bridge and while the rooms are double glazed you will hear the odd thump or bang as trucks travel over certain sections of the bridge above. Also while the Nature Wall view rooms appear fantasitc in the photos, if you end up on a lower floor its more like Cliff + Weeds view which result in the peaceful ambience represented in the photos.

Great hotel. Customer service was outstanding and room was lovely. Very reasonable rate for location. Only awarding 4 stars because the pool is marketed so heavily in promotions but when we arrived it was quite small and very busy. We had planned on a relaxing afternoon by the pool but this wasn't really possible due to the compact nature of the pool and pool area so we made use of the local bars instead. If you are planning a stay with the intention of pool side relaxation, whilst the view is lovely I am not sure it is the right hotel for this kind of break. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location. Biggest drawback was the general public having access to and using the pool. As a hotel guest, especially on a 36deg day, I expect to have access to the hotel facilities, and not have to sit on the floor because a group of rowdy drunks can head up the public access lift to the pool area, take majority of the deck chairs and have absolutely no regard for anyone else. And the hotel staff do nothing about it other than continue to serve them more drinks. I get that Fiume is a public bar, but surely access to the actual pool could be by hotel access chip/card!
