I like the warm atmosphere and the coziness design of this new hotel… but It is located in a place far from public transportation, services, amenities… No good views… The hotel rooms are spacious and their design is different from other hotels, where the bathroom, shower and wash basin are not combined within one area... The room is really sexy… I like it.. The shower is spacious without a bathtub, it motivating the couple to take a shower together! There is a problem with this hotel, which is its unclear address for taxis, needs to be very aware about that before you go… and also have to know the inability of the reception to speak completely in English… it has one elevator... one eating place located on the hotel’s lobby… not bad… I think for those who have a car or a driver, the hotel will be ideal for them and cheap price

Good value of money for the room rent! I particularly liked the layout of the room, spacious, elegant and very clean. I also asked for a late check out at 1 pm and my request was entertained. Staff at reception were very helpful. I had bothered them several times to ask them questions on WeChat for taxi booking, searching bus routes, bus stops, QR code for bus ride payment and even how to walk across the other side of the road, how to rent a mobile charger, etc. All of the staff I met were helpful and professional. The only two comments I have are (a) the door of the shower room is transparent. It may be inconvenient if the travel partner is not that close and s/he may need to go downstair while the other has shower. I was okay as I travelled on my own. (b) At the ground floor, there is a sign next to the lift to show there is a self service washing room at 3/F but when I arrived at the floor, I couldn't manage to see where it was as there was no further to indicate. I had to ask the reception who told me it was opposite to the room 8352. Suggest to put it on the floor plan. As I didn't have a car, the location was inconvenient to me to find a good restaurant for dining. I see a new Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is being set up. Hopefully, when I come back next time, it will be my first choice.

美豪麗致體驗感最差的一家門店，已經打了12345投訴，昨晚還有另一位顧客辦理入住，也打了110出警，並投訴12345，可想而知，真不知道這個口碑門店怎麼評定的，自己給自己定的？為了讓我再線下付款訂單，欺騙欺詐，1.告訴我滿房了 2.攜程預訂不了，哪怕預訂也衹能28號下午辦理入住 3.為了讓我線下付款給我便宜，300一晚，衹求公平，攜程493一晚我也願意定，並且成功入住，如果不想氣的一肚子氣，千萬千萬別來這家門店，**也定了一晚，告訴我不上**不受理，雙重欺詐！！！自己的錯誤不該讓消費者買單

重點評價一下餐廳服務，給0.5分比較客觀了。 1. 營業時間縮水，服務態度堪憂：下午茶是自助茶點和水果，規定14:00開始，但到14:05餐廳還沒見任何服務人員開始籌備，甚至空調都沒開。要等到客人主動問前台，才開始籌備。 晚上宵夜一碗麪説是供應到00:00點，夜裡實在太餓，23:50到餐廳，被煮麪大姐告知來晚了，水都放掉，鍋也擦乾淨了（估計提前半小時收工是常態）。這時又來了幾個客人要吃麪，大姐才不情不願的開工。煮好後不管客人吃沒吃完 ，摔門就走，下班了。不誇張，真是摔廚房門。酒店人員可以查8月11日監控。 2. 菜品很差。下午茶主要是水果、餅乾。8月10日的下午茶水果真是不敢恭維，草莓又硬又酸。早餐西瓜完全就是生的。遺憾沒拍照，但酒店肯定知道我在講什麼。 到深夜一碗麪時，實在不能忍了。買家秀和買家秀直接上圖片。 總結一下，店家既然這麼用心的搞特色服務，那就把細節管理好，這樣缺乏細節管控的服務真的不如不做。

這家靠近廣州南站且挨着順德碧桂園的酒店太棒啦！酒店乾淨得無可挑剔，處處都很整潔。前台服務超讚，小許更是熱情又貼心。客房温馨舒適，洗衣房也很方便。餐廳的美食讓人回味無窮，簡直太暖心了，極力推薦！

帶長者孩子出來的，給長者定的大床房，房間很大，空間感很好，如果是兩人出行建議定大床房。房間乾淨，離洗衣房也近，早餐豐富，地理位置不錯，更適合自駕遊人，離長隆動物世界開車20分鐘。前台男生女生都很温柔，小敏很好。

位置環境其實不錯，房間很大亦都很清潔，但不知道為什麼就是聞到有啲尿餲味。  我自己有支空氣噴霧劑自己噴了就算。 因為很晚才到酒店已經很累，費事再換房。

酒店房比我想像中好好多！好乾淨！又靚！房影擺設得不錯！就係位置離市區有啲遠 岀入浪費時間 同埋早餐不合我口味 生果都有啲係爛但早餐唔影響我哋住 除此之外 非常好👍🏻！ 

酒店服務不錯，前台工作人員熱情細膩。火車11：00到店的，夜宵一碗麪11：19還能吃到，真好。就是南站到酒店打車要30多，稍稍遠了點，第二天還要趕火車。

太棒了這家酒店！位置靠近廣州南站與順德碧桂園，方便至極。乾淨是它的優勢，從大堂到房間都無可挑剔。前台小薇服務特別好，客房體驗很棒，洗衣房好用。餐廳美食多多，夜宵的那碗麪更是亮點，點贊！

每到一個城市美豪麗致都是首選，服務貼心，歡迎水果，下午茶，深夜一碗麪這的超棒，房間也很寬敞、衞生。

早上八點半拍的，陽光透過中央空調 ，太亮了 晚上一點到三點中其它客人開關門的聲音真的好大，隔音不行…. 主要是酒店做的門本身就這樣，正常開關門好響 並不是客人故意弄響的…
