Staying near Zumiao Temple is the most convenient when visiting Foshan, so I chose this apartment-style hotel. It has two rooms and two beds, which is very spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options and many shopping malls. Highly recommended!

This was arguably the worst room I've ever stayed in. The hygiene and overall conditions were terrible, a far cry from what was pictured online. The floor was damaged, and there were cigarette butts left by the previous guest, filling the room with a lingering, unpleasant smoke smell. There was even a partially eaten drink from the previous guest in the fridge. And this was already the second room we were given after complaining to the staff; the first one was just as bad. Paying over 230 for this was definitely not worth it. We were traveling with a child, and it happened to be raining that day, otherwise, I would never have checked in.

Stay located opposit ZuMiao and LingNanXinTianDi. 30m walk from ZuMiao Metro Station. Easy access to attractions. It's above Shopping Mall, amenities convenience. Clean, huge, quiet and comfy room. Can consider longer stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! We had such a lovely stay at Foshan Xingfu Boutique Apartment! The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The host was kind and responsive, making check-in smooth. Highly recommended for couples looking for a cozy and relaxing stay in Foshan! 💕

5 minutes walk to Zimiao. 3 minutes walk to underground station. Shopping malls is next to the building.

The pictures are completely misleading. The room was incredibly old and rundown, it's just ridiculous. The projector and toilet were broken, and there wasn't even a bathroom door. After sleeping on the bed for one night, my whole body ached. Plus, the hairdryer would automatically shut off after just a few seconds. The only positive thing I can say is that they were quick to respond, but seriously, it's such a hassle when there are so many problems all at once ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ😡😡 I'm speechless, I've never seen such a dilapidated guesthouse.

The location is indeed close to the subway, but it's nowhere to be found on the map. The hotel sign was completely different. The lady at the front desk on the ground floor claimed not to know about this hotel and told us to contact the hotel ourselves. The hotel didn't answer calls either, and we only managed to sort it out through Trip.com in the end. The apartment facilities are old and there were a lot of small, Guangdong-style cockroaches, thankfully they were tiny. The toilet couldn't flush at all, so we had to go to a nearby mall. Not recommended!

Totally a different room I get, nothing similar to the picture! It’s small and only one room but very dark, not two beds but one is sofa bed and it’s at the living room, the toilet is very bad. Only good thing is the location which is next to a mall.

What I ordered was not what I got. The hotel was very oldm the air conditioner was not working well. The room is not like what is on photos.

The Location is very near to subway station and no problem at all for the entire stay.

The hotel is located on a good position a lot of food restaurant's and malls the subway is near it's located at the center very convenient

Disadvantages: - Hygiene is general, there are many dead cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom door is not equipped with waterproofing plastic leaks out, the unit is more dilapidated, living in the attic can also hear the noise, floor corridor lights some units are dim - The bed and breakfast has an error in sending a check-in password to a stranger😡😡 Advantages: The location is indeed super convenient, this price is okay **Stranger Han enters password, last time entered room** At 2am a strange man pressed the password three times to try to enter the room! Meanwhile, the family saw the stranger in the "cat's eye", they banged on the door, the other person was leaving 😵💫😵💫 The next day B&B reply - room message and password, sent wrong to new customers 😡😡😡 (2 am what people stay)!
