Terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 250 m, railway station "Snartemo" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 m, sandy beach 2 km (small), bathing lake "Øre" 2.5 km, lake Storevatnet 2 km.
