Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã delicioso e variado. Único ponto que deixou a desejar é que não há box no banheiro.

Wonderful hotel with the unique experience of staying with the Parque Nacional de Iguaçu. The building itself is also a piece of history and the facilities are top notch. The staff is very attentive, informative, and friendly with the exception of the registration/check-in desk. Most of the employees at the front the desk acted as if they were being bothered to perform their job which was such a stark contrast from the rest of the hotel staff. We are a younger couple that had been traveling for a week prior to arriving to the Belmond and we saw the difference in the treatment one such employee (Martins) gave to us, as compared to other customers who may be older or appear wealthier. In fact, we enjoyed the hotel very much regardless and wanted to extend our stay but we were met by ambivalence by Martins and Samuel at the front desk and instead of extending for three more days chose to save the money to stay another property next week.

O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso e ótimo café da manhã. Tenho um agradecimento especial ao João Victor (recepcionista) que não mediu esforços para nos proporcionar a melhor experiência. Sofremos um calote em outra hospedagem e o colaborador foi muito solicito com o nosso desespero. Só gratidão. Podem ir, sem medo.

Excellent value, location is in center Foz with grocery store a block away, 24 hour pharmacy across the street and many good restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety of options. The outside area is a bit limited as of our stay as the pool was under reconstruction. Rooms are okay, comfortable. Travel desk in the lobby can help with local tours and there's a game room / area in the basement.

Recepção atensiosa,o hotel é básico ótimo para fazer compras no Paraguai pois ir a pé e voltar não é longe,apesar da pandemia e com alguns contratempos minha estadia foi confortável, com certeza irei de volta me hospedar neste hotel piscina ótima !!

Clean and quiet room. Great buffet breakfast. Good value for money. In central location, lots of places to eat nearby. Nothing more to say, but one of the best in town for the money, good friendly staff too. Oh and the gift shop sells weird but wonderful gourmet chocolate, including bacon flavour

Room was clean and of decent size for three of us. Breakfast was decent and served in large room. Staff friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. Rooftop bar and pool area was nice to relax at end of day. On-site atm and money exchange services. We did not visit falls from so I cannot comment on ease of that

Muy bueno el servicio del hotel, me brindaron el traslado desde el aeropuerto al hotel en forma gratuita, el ascensor es algo viejo, pero las habitaciones están bien, tienen frigobar, el único punto en contra es que para ir a la piscina tenés que ingresar a la del hotel de al lado que es del mismo dueño. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito y está muy bien ubicado si vas en onmibus ya que la parada está a solo 80 mts. Rose es muy amable y servicial, lo recomiendo.
