Hotel 3 Bintang di Frankfurt

Kami tinggal selama satu malam dan lokasinya sesuai untuk kami. Kemudahan bilik, serta di hotel Premier Inn yang lain, adalah baik. Nilai untuk wang. Hanya cadangan untuk penambahbaikan: Alangkah baiknya jika anda boleh mendapatkan kod keluar terus dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Jadi kami berdiri di hadapan pintu pagar dan terpaksa menghubungi hotel kerana tiada interkom juga.

Very nice hotel with amazing facilities. Only downside is you have to walk 10min to the s-bahn station.

Horrible. We had a room for 3 pax, 2 nights. We enter the first day and the stink was immediately evident. The bathroom stank like smoke despite this being a non-smoking room. We found red stains on one pillow case, hair inside the bedsheets of the second bed and the third bed's structure was broken (photo). The pillows inside had yellow stains all over. The bedsheets smelled bad, like they had already been used. The curtain was broken. The shower was clogged. Then we noticed the dust. It was like snow, it covered every surface and one of my friends was allergic. Too bad the reception closes in the afternoon (3pm on weekends) so we could not complain or tell anyone. We cleaned up as we could that night. In the morning I spoke to the receptionist who was ”deeply sorry” and assured me the room would be thoroughly cleaned, bedsheets changed (since obviously they didn't from the previous guests) and the broken bed changed. We come back on the second evening (last night of our stay) and reception is, once again, empty. The bedsheets were the same (same stains etc.), everything was exactly the same (dust, shower, curtains, stains etc.), only the bed was changed. But since it was Saturday night and as there was nothing else available in another hotels in the area, we had to stay, once again, and sleep in that nightmare. I requested for a refund and I was promised 30% or the total amount and the hotel refunded me 2 Euros less (as a sign of spite for my complaints?!?). I have videos while I pass my finger on the bedside table and showing how much dust I collect but video files are not allowed. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear people coughing or talking in other rooms and other doors closing are so noisy and clearly audible (they woke us up several times in the two nights). I cannot tell how disgusting that room was and how bad that made our stay in Frankfurt. Don't go even if this is the only room in the city, you will seriously catch diseases here.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is just 4 min walking from the main train station. The person at the reception when I arrived at the evening was very nice and freindly but the guy which was at the reception when I checked out very early at 6:30 am was kind of wired, he put two big dogs infront of the main door and asked me to leave the hotel from the employers door and there was a homeless guy sitting infront of that door, plus the guy was like wanna say go out indirectly so, he was kinda of rude and he just wanna finish talking and I wanted to leave my bad at the reception and he just took it quickly snd gave me the number. This guy was the only negative thing.

Hello, I visited Frankfurt, Germany for a business trip and stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, I was not in the best condition as I had gastroenteritis from Korea. My condition worsened significantly. It was scary to be so sick abroad. I informed the front desk about this, and the staff told me they could call an ambulance, but I didn't have German insurance, so I decided to return to Korea the next day. I was very anxious that night, but the staff tried their best to reassure me, brought me water, and came to my room several times to check on me, showing great care. I am so grateful! I eventually managed to return to Korea safely and am now receiving treatment. Thank you so much for handling the emergency so well and for your concern. Your support was comforting during that day. Leider war ich in keiner guten Verfassung, da ich eine Gastroenteritis aus Korea hatte. Mein Zustand verschlechterte sich erheblich. Es war beängstigend, im Ausland so krank zu sein. Ich habe die Rezeption über diese Situation informiert, und die Mitarbeiter sagten mir, sie könnten einen Krankenwagen rufen, aber ich hatte keine deutsche Versicherung, also beschloss ich, am nächsten Tag nach Korea zurückzukehren. Ich war sehr ängstlich in dieser Nacht, aber das Personal hat sein Bestes getan, um mich zu beruhigen, sie brachten mir Wasser und kamen mehrmals in mein Zimmer, um nach mir zu sehen, sie haben sich sehr um mich gekümmert. Ich bin so dankbar! Letztendlich konnte ich sicher nach Korea zurückkehren und erhalte nun eine Behandlung. Vielen Dank dafür, dass Sie den Notfall so gut gemeistert haben und sich so um mich gekümmert haben. Ihre Unterstützung war während dieses Tages sehr beruhigend. Danke.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofs und hat 7 Obergeschosse. Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Ein Frühstück ist im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen. Zu Messezeiten gibt es wie bei allen Hotels in der Stadt extreme Preissteigerungen und es sind vorwiegend Geschäftsleute hier anzutreffen, zu den sonstigen Zeiten sind es vorwiegend Privatreisende internationaler Herkunft mit begrenztem Reisebudget. Wer eine verkehrsgünstige Lage bevorzugt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, dann liegt man hier goldrichtig. Das Bahnhofsviertel ist wie in fast allen Großstädten auch in Frankfurt als Sozialer Brennpunkt zu betrachten. Es gibt nicht in direkter Nachbarschaft, jedoch in wenigen Gehminuten Entfernung den Rotlichtbereich und massiven Konsum illegaler Drogen. Das Hotel liegt im Sackgassenbereich der Niddastraße, die hier Richtung Düsseldorfer Str. endet und nur einen Fußgängerdurchgang hat, also gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Dennoch kann es nachts laut werden wegen lärmender Betrunkener, Drogenkonsumenten auf der Straße oder früh am Morgen Müllfahrzeuge. Wegen des kurzen Fußwegs zum Hauptbahnhof von nur 5 Minuten ist man schnell am Zug, und zum Flughafen braucht man nur 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Das Einzelzimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bett mit Bettzeug, Matratze und Kopfkissen komfortabel. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit einer Flasche Wasser, der Flachbildfernseher hatte ein gutes LED-Bild. Die Vorhänge am Fenster waren leider nicht lichtdicht, sie ließen an den Seiten und unten jede Menge Tageslicht durch, besonders problematisch im Sommerhalbjahr. Drei zu öffnende Fenster, auch mit Kipp-Funktion, ließen gutes Lüften zu. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße, wo es nachts sehr laut zugehen konnte durch Drogenabhängige, Betrunkene und die Gäste anderer Hotels schräg gegenüber, auch lärmen morgens oft die Müllfahrzeuge kurz nach 6 Uhr. Das Fenster geschlossen zu halten ist wegen der Sommerhitze oft gar nicht möglich in der Nacht. Alle Zimmer zur Straße hin haben Nachmittags- und Abendsonne und heizen sich sehr auf, der Ventilator im Zimmer ist eine kleine Erleichterung. Wenn es die Straßenseite sein soll, würde ich im Sommer bis maximal zum 4. OG gehen, nicht höher. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind ruhiger und haben nur Morgen- und Vormittagssonne. Die Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr kundig, geduldig und freundlich Das Frühstück war OK für eine Leistung, die nicht extra zu bezahlen war. Es gab Müesli und Cerealien, Brötchen und Brot, Kuchen, Konfitüren, Obst, Wurst, Käse.

I had a wonderful time at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Frankfurt with my wife. We stayed there for three days and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions and public transport. The price is very reasonable for the quality and comfort of the rooms. The service is excellent and friendly, and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

很日式的酒店，看得出衞生間是日本整體進口的，和在日本見到的一樣，洗手水龍頭和洗澡噴頭是一個控制開關。店員會告訴你洗澡開門不然他們的煙霧報警器太靈敏，早餐沒什麼吃的，日式早飯米飯味增湯。在法蘭克福火車站旁邊，法蘭火車站真是衞生越來越差了。有製冰機比較讓人滿意，不足的一點我想説攜程低價訂房怎麼總訂到最後一個靠邊的房間，攜程你們是不是該溝通一下了，是針對你們平台還是針對中國客人，真的攜程訂房好多次了，這次又是一個樓層59個房間都能最後一間
