Hotel berhampiran Serbisch-Orthodoxe Gemeinde, Frankfurt

Was sent with dozens of others to stay overnight here by Lufthansa during the debacle in Frankfurt where the airline was forced to clean out the rebooking line by putting everyone in taxis to hotels all across Frankfurt for the night while they tried to rebook everyone. This review is for people who may fall into this category in the future. It is not exactly close to the airport, and as others have noted, it is in an industrial type area down an alley. You may need to exit reception and go further down the alley to another building where many of the rooms are. Your room number does not represent what floor you are on, so read the clear directions carefully. The room is small but clean, air conditioning works well. Bathroom very clean. You have a refrigerator, and an Aldi is just up the street, so you can load up on beer, wine, cheese, coldcuts, bread and veggies. There is a restaurant on site. staff is curt but polite. They were clearly overwhelmed by the huge influx of stranded travelers. A little German can help you navigate tricky situations. Overall, nobody would likely find themselves here unless sent here, but if this happens, I hope some of this will help you make the best of it. 2.5 stars

Wir hatten ganz bewusst dieses Hotel gewählt, da es fußläufig in der Nachbarschaft liegt zu den Menschen, die wir besuchen wollten. Das Hotel bot Frühstück an und verschiedene Zimmer (mit Betten mit gemeinsamer Matratze (1,60 m breit) und mit getrennten Betten). Das waren die Punkte, die zur Entscheidung für dieses Hotel geführt haben. Wir buchten ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten und Frühstück. Was bekamen wir? Ein schönes Zimmer im zweiten Stock (ohne Aufzug) mit gemeinsamer Matratze! Wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist, braucht man darauf gar nicht erst versuchen zu schlafen. Sobald einer sich bewegt, ist der andere auch wach! Das Fenster zur Straße ließ zwar frische Luft hinein, wenn nicht gerade einer vorm Haus stand und rauchte, aber auch den Straßenlärm und den Krach der Kirchenglocken. Naja, mit Ohrenstöpseln ging es. Das Frühstück wurde uns auch nicht gemacht, da wir angeblich die einzigen Gäste waren, die Frühstück gebucht hatten. Wenn es wirklich so war, habe ich durchaus Verständnis dafür, vielleicht wurde das aber auch allen Gästen erzählt. Uns wurde immerhin ein Lunchpaket statt des Frühstücks angeboten (das wir nicht angenommen haben) und wir brauchten für das ausgefallene Frühstück nichts bezahlen. Diese beiden Dinge (gemeinsame Matratze und kein Frühstück) wären es wert gewesen, dass das Hotel nach der Online-Buchung (eine Woche vor Anreise!) Kontakt mit uns aufnimmt und uns diese Umstände mitteilt. Stattdessen lässt man uns anreisen und stellt uns vor vollendete Tatsachen. Ansonsten was das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir es in diesem Hotel noch einmal versuchen.

Ini adalah hotel bernilai tinggi yang menuju ke lapangan terbang, praktikal untuk orang yang mempunyai penerbangan pada keesokan harinya. Namun, kawasan ini adalah ghetto dan agak jauh dari pusat bandar, masih terasa nyaman di dalamnya, tetapi alangkah baiknya jika dapat mengubah penyaman udara, kerana ruangan itu terasa statis. Kakitangan adil, dan penebat yang baik. Ia menggunakan kunci dan kunci tradisional.

Das Hotel ist etwas bescheiden. Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber genug um zu schlafen. Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Fussgängerzone entfernt, also hat man alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn ich einen Zwischenstopp in Frankfurt habe.

The personal was really friendly and helpful. We spent one night there in a room with two single beds. The room was big enough for a bassinet and a stroller. The bathroom was big enough too. Even if the hotel is close to the highway we could sleep well.. The windows are soundproof and the walls aren't thin, so we didn't hear anything from the other guests. The room and hotel itself was very clean and they took a lot of care in cleaning and measurements against spreading of COVID-19 virus. The parking lot is with 6€ for a day/night also cheap. We were totally satisfied during our stay and can recommend that place.

Sehr modern, stylisch und neu! Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer, das genau den Fotos entspricht! Matratze und Bettwäsche sind wirklich sehr gut, das muss ich einfach lobend erwähnen! Sorry dass ich jetzt aushole, aber diese harten ‚Plastik-Kissen‘ in manchen hochklassigen Hotels finde ich furchtbar! Hier gibt’s richtig angenehme Federkissen! Empfang super freundlich! Eschborn ist zwar nicht der Nabel der Welt, aber man ist schnell in der Frankfurter City! Haben ja bereits einige schon beschrieben! Leider war es bei meiner Ankunft nach 21 Uhr schwierig noch was zu essen zu bestellen! Der Service an der Bar hat noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben.

Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan. Sambutan yang sangat mesra, bilik yang bersih, tenang dan luas. Pemandangan bandar yang sangat bagus dari bilik dan balkoni. Bar itu kecil jika tidak mahal. Saya makan tarte flambée yang sangat baik. Saya dapat menikmati sauna, sangat hebat! Sarapan sangat bervariasi dan sangat enak!

Best hotel ive ever stayed in. Best location you could ever ask for. Just across the platform1 of the main train station. If your train arrives at platform1 you will arrive at the hotel in 30 seconds. Super safe. Very bright room. Will always stay here.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great ambiance in all public areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh hot and excellent cold selections. Room was a nice size, beautifully tiled bathroom, and lots of hot water. View was great too. Bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows (only used one). Bar food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a breakfast to go for our early flight departure. I did note a 2 euro price to borrow an umbrella, which seemed petty. Location is perfect, beside the river, lots of restaurants close by. Old Town is about 15 minute walk away, and Main train station 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on # 11 bus (Ostend train station was closed but it is only 4 minute walk). Airport is other side of city, so about 30 minute car ride. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Frankfurt. We stayed four nights.
