The hotel receptionists provided excellent service especially when I lost something on the train and they were there to help and comfort me. The location might be dark and a bit worrying for a lady to walk into the hotel from the train station during late night.

Great location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop ”Taunusanlage”, which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

Just love this place. It’s located in front of the hbf train station. The decoration is beautiful and luxurious. The staffs were soooo nice. The room is specious and neat. Would recommend staying here

Hotel is about 10mins walk away from Frankfurt (Main) Hbf. It is in quite a quiet area with a vacant hotel across the road. Hotel room itself is clean and spacious, the room orientation is interesting with the bed facing the window with a nice view of the city. The tv can be adjusted too. The toilet is clean, but a little dark. Water is complimentary and replaced everyday.

hotel location is very convenient. The lounge service in the hotel is quite good. you can enjoy from breakfast till dinner. Restaurant Cross serve quite good foods but not in exhibition rush hours. During that time, this restaurant likes a war zone! We finished the main course, our soup and salad came, we finished our soup and salad, the red wine just came. But staffs are quite friendly.

The check in process was kind of long, considering no other guest is queuing. The receptionist staff was not professional, no smile, no welcoming. However i heard from my other colleague told us that the morning she check in with a lady receptionist that is very warming and helpful, even have one packet of coffee beans for room to make coffee (not accor platinum or gold member), so when we request from the guy again, and told us that we are all not entitled and need to purchase. So as a guest, we felt different treatment from different staff. The room is ok, clean, but middle of evening with burnt smell from the air conditioning, complained to reception, came in to check, after that the smell gradually gone away after 2-3 hours. overall stay was decent with tram just in front the hotel. Nearby to the frankfurt exhibition hall.

everything was great and clean, apart from the shower. it appeared as if the outside of the shower had not been cleaned, as it had hair all around it. the staff was really kind tho

Good thing: very close to the main station station. Just one station. Bad thing: the check in process is super slow due to only one staff there. They should improve this point.
