Hotel Franklin County dengan Kolam Renang

We’ve stayed here a couple times within the past month for both business and for doctor appointments. Overall both the stays were amazing. We stayed in the middle of March for two nights. (March 12 and 13th) During that stay we were assigned rooms on the 4th floor. Rooms 401, 403, and 405. 401 and 403 were a king suite, which they call “The Madden Suite” that connected to 405 which was a standard 2 queen room. Overall both the rooms were spotless and it was so nice having the suite connect to the other room. The beds also were extremely comfortable. I slept perfectly. We also stayed the beginning of April for one night. (April 2nd) During that stay we were assigned two standard king rooms on the 4th floor. Rooms 420 and 432. Both the rooms overall were spotless and had no hidden smells and funky odors. The beds also in both the rooms were extremely comfortable. The staff couldn’t of been any nicer to us. Caitlyn, Nicole, and Tony at the front desk are all amazing. Laura, the main housekeeper on the 4th floor is so sweet. She always takes great care of our rooms during each of our stays. They have always made us feel right at home on each and every single one of our stays. Thank you all so much for your incredible hospitality. We are already planning on returning later this month. We look forward to staying at this hotel again and again in the future. This is one of our favorite hotels in Columbus!!

Good option that offers value next to Columbus airport. There is a shuttle to the airport, we waited around 5 minutes at 4AM for the shuttle. Room is spacious and modern, and comfortably appointed. Only two minor complaints - our room didn’t have much lighting, and this was compounded by our windows being blocked by a concrete courtyard/no outside view. The airport noise was very quiet, but the heating (while effective) was a bit loud. However, would still highly recommend for a night before an early flight!

Not worth the price. We reserved a room with a spa tub for 2 nights. When we came in we were told there was a $200 cash deposit for the room. This was not stated on the website when I reserved the room and this was in addition to the $195 nightly room cost. The front desk guy must have sensed our irritation because then he changed it to he ”would just keep our card on file.” He then spouted a whole list of rules we had to follow for the room, which included no parties and no one in the room but us. We are in our late 40s, look clean and well dressed. We were just there to celebrate our anniversary and relax but clearly this guy didn't care and treated us like criminals in the making. The hotel is dated and looks worn down. Not as clean as it should be. The front desk staff weren't very friendly. One even commented to us about how she didn't believe a couple with a service dog really needed the dog. She thought because the dog wanted to smell someone that it wasn't a real service dog. They never came to clean our room. We had to ask for new towels. The dust ruffle on the bed was filthy and there were reddish pink stains on the carpet that made us not want to walk barefooted on the carpet. All said I will never go back. I have been in similar hotels for less money that are much cleaner and updated, with friendlier staff.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff member informed me that the payment card that I had used to reserve the room was not a permissible card for payment and that I would need an additional card. I inquired about using cash and was told that I could pay with cash when we left but that they needed to put a card on file and hold the entire amount on that card until we checked out. HASSLES. Went to the room and the room had an horrific odor in the room, and the refrigerator had an even worse odor in it. Kids running around upstairs bouncing on the floors. The walls are literally paper thin and this facility is old and really run down. It needs a major overhaul or torn down and rebuilt.

We stayed here the 1st part of May and we were pleased with our stay.   The hotel and grounds were nice and there was ample parking in a gated lot that was lit and seemed safe. Check in went smoothly and the lobby was clean, bright and welcoming and there was always someone there if needed. Our room was nice and included the essentials such as a mini fridge, iron/board, alarm clock, coffee maker, blow dryer and toiletries. I should add it had a comfortable bed with very nice bedding We had opted for the breakfast plan that was provided by the restaurant in the hotel and it was good.  Had fruit/yogurt, cereal, bread, meat, eggs, potatoes, muffins and fruit.  Hot food was hot and cold food was cold.  We also ordered off the breakfast menu one day and that was good as well.  The location was fine in that it had a few restaurants, coffee shop, Dollar General, etc. in the area.  The pool area was smaller but ample as there was rarely anyone in there while we were there. The only huge bummer was that the Shuttle was not operating still due to ”COVID”. We would definitely stay here again. It is not a 5 star hotel and it is not listed as such.  Most sites list is at a 3 star hotel and it is all of that IMO. I would have given it a 5 star rating if the shuttle had been up & running!

I needed a bed for a single night, and I wanted to be able to reheat some food I had on a stovetop, because it was late and too much trouble to grab fast food. This place fit that bill. I was more than pleasantly surprised. I have stayed at a Homewood Suites before, so I knew what to expect, but this was an excellent property. All the facilities that I did not even use looked great. The complimentary breakfast would only be better if bacon and grits were on offer; otherwise it was very good.

Hilton service - early check in request granted. Hilton quality - large lobby with evening bar and casual seating areas. Rooms large and very clean. Good bedding and sun block shades. No road noise at all!!

I was very pleased with the facilities. The room was very clean and spacious. All needed amenities were present. I was welcomed at check-in and felt the breakfast buffet was great. The meeting space provided was ample for the needs of the organization I traveled with.

This weekend should have been a memorable celebration for my girlfriend, Terris, marking her 50th birthday in Columbus, Ohio. Instead, our stay at the Hampton Inn on 4017 Jackpot Road, Grove City, was overshadowed by an incident that compels us to call for immediate action and introspection from the hotel management. Upon returning to the hotel around 1 AM, ahead of our group, we were confronted with a situation that was both unexpected and unwarranted. The front desk attendant, LeAnne, informed us of the hotel's check-in policy, which necessitated Terris's son's presence. We acknowledged the policy and explained that her son was indeed on his way to the hotel to comply with this requirement. However, LeAnne refused to believe us, treating us as if we were deceitful and had just arrived without any intention of adhering to the policy. Despite our efforts to accommodate her concerns and find a resolution, LeAnne's demeanor remained confrontational and dismissive. Terris, seeking to de-escalate the situation, proposed a simple solution: transferring the booking from her son's name to hers. Yet, instead of engaging with this proposal, LeAnne escalated the situation by calling the police—a reaction that was both disproportionate and deeply troubling. The involvement of the police only compounded the distress of the situation, with LeAnne making baseless accusations against Terris. This experience highlights a significant failure in customer service, raising concerns about the consistency and application of hotel policies, as well as the professional conduct of its staff. We share this account not in search of retribution but to advocate for meaningful change and accountability. The incident at the Hampton Inn in Grove City is a stark reminder of the need for clear, fair policies and the importance of treating all guests with respect and dignity. It is unacceptable for guests to be met with suspicion and hostility, particularly when they are actively trying to comply with hotel requirements. Our call to action is for the Hampton Inn and its leadership to address this incident head-on, to reevaluate their training programs, and to ensure their staff is equipped to handle situations with professionalism and empathy. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, without having to prove their honesty or intentions. We urge our community and allies to join us in seeking not just justice for Terris but also systemic improvements that foster a welcoming and discrimination-free environment for all guests. #JusticeForTerris #RespectInHospitality #EndRacialBias
