Great hotel, very good location close to the shops/restaurants and wine farms. Room 6 was great very spacious and very comfy beds.
One issue was the blind in the upstairs room didn’t work meaning we couldn’t close them.
Apart from that lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

We had a great 4 day stay in the Ivy apartments on the first part of our stay in South Africa. As others have mentioned we were greeted by the wonderful Wellington who bent over backwards to help in any way he could. The apartment had a garden and was over two floors. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would certainly stay again when in Franschhoek.

We stayed at the beginning of October and just missed the floods that hit the area. There was only 2 of us but the apartment actually would accommodate 4 as there were 2 double bedrooms. The apartment was beautiful. Stylishly decorated, immaculate and had every facility you could need. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook and even had a washing machine. There were complementary drinks alcoholic and soft as well as snacks available in the reception/ lounge area. All the staff were friendly . Welcoming and helpful. Short 3 min walk to shops and restaurants And 8 mins to the wine tram. Lovely place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was great, beautifully decorated, comfortable and with lots of amenities. It’s in a great location right in the centre and close to a good selection of cafes and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and excremely helpful, thanks Wellington! Definitely recommend if you are staying in Franschhoek.

This was a viry nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment in the heart of the town. It is within easy walking distance to Wine Tram as well as all the other town facilities such as shops and eating houses. The concierge was very helpful. An added bonus was the safe undercover parking parking.

Second time we’ve stayed here. So convenient as it’s right in middle of town and you can walk everywhere and catch the wine trams. Apartment is well fitted with everything you need. Check in was easy and the staff are so helpful, welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely recommend and will visit again.
