Moe was the best receptionist. He was quick with my check in and we had great conversation. I would come back here just because he was so nice. Not only was the service great, but the room are updated and extremely clean. Definitely coming back!

Housekeeping woke us by knocking on the door at 8:30am Saturday morning and asked ”do you need anything”. We did not. We left for the day and when we returned that evening they never cleaned our room, made the bed, or picked up the towels. The check-in process was exceeding slow, and the man (Chuck?) at the front desk was not rude but was certainly inhospitable.

I usually stick with more upscale names (along with their upscale prices), but decided to give this Comfort Inn a try. Very glad I did. Large, spotlessly clean room; fridge, coffee maker, microwave, A/C all worked fine. Closest thing to a criticism that I can come up with is that breakfast could be a little heartier -- but then, there are plenty of restaurants practically within walking distance. So, happily recommend without qualification.

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we received from literally every person with whom we interacted at this hotel. Front desk, manager on duty, Breakfast/Starbucks cafe, maintenance staff - all were so attentive in doing special touches to make our stay and our day :-) Rooms were clean and comfortable as usual - stand out was the kind people! Definitely will be back!

GREAT Professional Check- in Staff Here ”Front Desk”and GREAT Clean Hotel with GREAT Clean Rooms. This Hotel in My opinion should be recognized as a 4 +++++plus star Hotel Compared to other Hotels in the area I am surprised the ratings are low.. The General Manager does an EXCELLENT Job here keeping up on maintenance Issues Etcetera....if any. She makes sure Every guest is happy with their Stay. I was, that is why I gave 5 stars. I would Highly Recommend this Hotel to Everyone. Thank You to ALL the Staff for Working so hard.
