The front desk girls have no customer service skills at all. They are rude because if you go thru a third party to purchase room they are easily confused.

The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property.
We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.

My bed had dirty sheets. I took a picture of it. Called and asked to be moved to a new room and they said no. So I asked for new bedsheets. Outside of my room there was a homeless person as well. The key was not working for me so I had to keep going to the front desk to get a new one. Would not recommend this hotel.

After a problem with our room keycards, we had to go back to the dated, dark lobby to have them replaced. Not too big of a deal. We then went back down the ill smelling hallway to our room. The room was basic, nothing wrong with that. The furniture was stained, carpet grimy. The remote for the tv did not work and we didn’t feel like taking another trip to the lobby to have it replaced; there was no instructions on how to call down to the lobby from the phone in our room. Overall not terrible for one night. The bed was comfortable, the water hot. A good deep clean and updating would go a long way. Also; our hallway was not secure (the door needed a keycard to access the hall, but it did not lock). There was a man asleep in the hallway when we arrived back at our room at 11:30pm. After our stay, I read a burger review from a couple months back about a man sleeping in the hallway as well.
