Although there were some minor issues with employee attitudes and the lack of the bar consistently being open, the stay here was amazing. The fountain-pool, although it can be cold, and breakfast were enjoyable. The rooms were neatly organized and provided adequate space to walk around. Most downstairs units have patio doors which allow you to sit outside and enjoy listening to the waterfall pool. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hospitality crew is mostly Spanish speaking, so it would be helpful if you are bilingual or have a translator ready. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

Excellent clean convenient hotel to downtown. Actually, a great find. Reasonable rates, friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent-make your own waffles! If you need a clean, comfortable stay in Fresno check this hotel out. Also get on the rewards program.

The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room. The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property. We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.

I've been to this property for business on-and-off since the beginning of the year, and my first experience was not a good one with housekeeping - I didn't need my room serviced everyday, but when I did make the request they finally came 3-days later. Since then my experiences have been fine, mostly because I have stayed for shorter periods and don't need anything from housekeeping... Well, my most recent stay was marred with poor service, and I guess that is mostly my fault since I left something in the room. In trying to retrieve my item, I got housekeeping's voicemail and left a message. After not receiving a call back after 3 days, I stopped-by the property since I was back in Fresno. However, the front desk told me I couldn't do anything other than call back and leave another voicemail - I also left a message anyway. After another 3 days, I still hadn't heard back, so I stopped-by again and the front desk said there was nothing they could do - so 3 voicemails and 2 in-person visits and I couldn't even ask directly if they had found my item, let alone receive any response... so I know my item is gone. I simply advise that if you want to stay at this property, try to avoid not only housekeeping but the front desk staff as well if you want a good experience. If you need to interact with either of them (which most of us do), then I would definitely recommend you go somewhere else!

Parking was free so it was convenient. The room was well maintained and check in was smooth and quick. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Quality Inn, is a Choice Hotel product. A brand that is well known. I’ve stayed here before and the experience was good. However, my most recent visit was less than stellar. Check in was uneventful, speedy, and accurate, as was our check out. Parking was plentiful. The grab and go breakfast was a good substitute for going off site for breakfast. Breakfast is child friendly. The location is near the Fresno- Yosemite Airport, and there are numerous places to dine within a short distance. An otherwise good stay was tarnished upon approaching our door we discovered the door was mangled. As if someone used a tool to chip away where the door engages with the door jam. Don’t know how long the condition existed. But, management shouldn’t rent the room until the door is fixed. Another issue with our room was one of the window coverings had a huge cigarette hole. To replace a curtain shouldn’t take long, but management - maintenance neglected to do so. Lastly, the lone window in our room had no screen. It is a safety hazard and health issue not to have a screen in place. Management - maintenance, needs to step up their game to receive a higher rating.
