非常好的在美國的連鎖酒店，鄰近高速公路旁。服務一致與其他集團酒店一樣地好。早餐供應款式亦都是與同類型的酒店一樣。

My daughter stayed here one night for work in Fresno. Check in was easy - staff very friendly. Room was clean. When traveling, she likes to bring her own pillow. Upon check out and already at her job (at nearby hospital) she realized she forgot her pillow. She contacted the hotel via the Marriott app and ”Joey” at the front desk said he would notify housekeeping and pillow would be at front desk. Just a short time later she realized she also had left her jewelry on the nightstand. Panic set in. Another inquiry and Joey again to the rescue indicating that housekeeping had also found her jewelry and it would be at the front desk waiting. In times like these it is reassuring to know how honest and going the extra distance the Fairfield Fresno Hotel is and how easy it is to use the app. A BIG thank you to Joey at the front desk for being so helpful and prompt. And also to housekeeping staff. Pillow and jewelry were at the front desk as soon as she was able to leave work. Fantastic hotel - highly recommend.

Satu-satunya perkara yang tidak saya sukai ialah hanya ada pintu masuk. Mereka mahu yew masuk melalui sebaliknya b4 yang mereka gunakan untuk mempunyai pelbagai pintu masuk yang boleh diakses ke hotel itu adalah kerumitan memindahkan barang-barang saya dari sebelah bapa hotel dan saya bilik berada di tingkat 3. I enjoyed my brief stay at the Hotel Piccadilly. Would I be willing to stay here again? Yes. Are there pros and cons for me? Definitely. Instead of separating the pros and cons I am just going to ramble on about my stay and let my feelings about it dictate my final star rating. PRO: the rooms aesthetics are better than other places I have stayed in Fresno. I like this pace, black out curtains, desk, multiple TV channels, fridge, level of noise and the hotel is in a nice location, and it has a restaurant (I did not dine there). CONS: It is not immediate located near 99 nor 41, so if you are there for work, you have to take travel time into consideration. It is easier to move around if you have a vehicle. I appreciate the professional look of the front desk. But I felt judged when I walked in. I know I am tattooed (a sleeve only) but do I really have to tell people I am an RN to get respect. The stairs to the room that I stayed in was frightening. They do not feel safe. The doors to the hallways were never locked. There were no cameras in the hallways for an extra sense of safety. The to go breakfast was not worth it. What am I suppose to do with an orange and no knife. A prepackaged bagel. It literally turned rock hard after a few hours. Other places I have stayed that would be considered beneath the Hotel Piccadilly, cook the breakfast. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep. This place is not bad. I would stay here again in the future for that reason. I will also post this review on 2 other sites that I use. This is my own option on my stay and I am not sure if I can mention them here and every site has their own rating system.

Perkhidmatannya bagus. Mereka adalah orang yang baik, tetapi apabila kami pergi ke bilik, ac tidak berfungsi dengan baik, terdapat rambut di tandas dan penutup botol di atas lantai, & microwave tidak dibersihkan sama sekali. Mereka perlu mempunyai sedikit masa lagi untuk membersihkan bilik. Secara keseluruhannya, ia bukanlah penginapan yang buruk. Sangat tenang, dan santai.

This hotel has construction, and we were only told upon check-in to expect an 'inconvenience.' The noise beginning early in the morning on Monday, the second night of our stay, was absolutely unbearable, and ruined our morning on the day of preparation for a relatives funeral. Literally sounded like a jackhammer on the wall outside our room. They’re doing stonework. There's dust flying everywhere. There's loose plaster on the carpet in the elevators and the hallways. Construction workers come and go in the elevators alongside customers with all their equipment and mess and noise. There's an operating cherrypicker in the registration area of the parking lot with no safety cones. You walk out the East guest door on the first floor into a total hardhat situation with people doing stonework on ladders overhead, construction material blocking the exit, and the door is usually propped open all day. I politely told the front desk that we unfortunately needed to check out 2 days early due to the noise, and requested a late checkout to 3pm because we had appointments at the church, and funeral home, and hadn't planned to have to change hotels today. Note that I'm a platinum member, and didn't expect this to be an issue whatsoever given the unusual circumstances. I was denied, and asked for the manager, who promptly flatly denied my request with literally the rudest most uncaring expression and flat tone possible. I reinstated my request and attempted to explain my situation, and the manager admitted that the hotel was not booked (obviously because my room was already spoken for for 2 more nights), but still, she flatly denied me. She finally told me it was because the hotel could experience 'loss of revenue.' So I'm here to tell you that if revenue is more important than customer experience or showing compassion to a customer you placed in a difficult situation, I will no longer be staying at La Quinta. I'll certainly never step foot in this one again, in a town I visit every month. And I’ll be demanding a full refund from La Quinta Platinum Customer Service, let’s see where that gets me. I also recommend anyone else over the next few months seriously reconsider. I don't care about your loss of revenue. Close this place, finish it up, and reopen. With a new manager. There are several really nice hotels with similar rates in the immediate area.

Decent hotel with well thought out rooms that are on the smallish size for their price point. Hotel was good attentive staff, a small bar cafe and adequate amenities. Clean and tidy rooms and not to noisy being on a main road. Would recommend this hotel for a one to two night stay noting the high room rates don’t make this hotel a true value place to stay long term.

去優勝美地中間選擇Fresno作為中轉站，傍晚到達酒店，酒店還是不錯的，附近有不錯的餐廳作為選擇。順便還去了一趟target。不錯的酒店選擇。
