There is no service in this hotel at all!! Receptionists do not know they duties and pay no attention on your asks and requests. We booked a room for 3 person, and asked bedclothes for the third person. We turned to Receptionist 2 or 3 times (!) Finally when we came back to the hotel for night (at 00:00), we were really shocked, we should call to the top manager because we still did not have bed linen and blanket. We wasted a lot of time and nerves. We payed for a basic things and basic service but did not receive even that. Rooms and personal are not ready for check-in and for guests in general. Never advise you this place. We were upset and disappointed.

we stayed there with our baby.The good things are the breakfast, free parking,low price and 10min with a car to Friedrichshafen.The quality of rooms (soft mattress,old toilet ,no AC,broken power socket)is fitting the price.BUT if i can give 0 for service i will give.On the check in we payed in cash and (after driving with baby )forgot to ask for receipt.Two days later on check out,from the same receptionist -who doesn't know for the word hospitality and manires we were treated like thieves that we didn't payed.The owner wasn't there to check on camera and on phone wasn't much helpful.We were obligated to leave copies from our documents,with a promise to get call when they check everything.No one called,i wrote them email and just got plain apology cause they had "error in system".I wonder how the cash was ok in system on the day when we checked in?

Posto carino ma siamo andati la settimana scorsa fuori ci stavano 40 gradi e dentro non hanno aria condizionata ne nei luoghi comuni ne nelle stanze. Si fa sentire anche la mancanza del frigorifero in camera, hanno però un ottima colazione la mattina, servizio distretto devi chiedere più volte per avere quel che serve !!!
