Ulasan Hotori No Hotel Ban

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and humorous. When we checked in, they even told us about the best spot to watch the fireworks, which was actually right by the lake in front of the hotel. The view was amazing; you could see Mount Fuji right from our room, and it was even more spectacular when you walked across the street. There's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs and a music museum directly opposite. If you're driving, there's dedicated parking, and there's a bus stop right out front, so the location is truly fantastic. For breakfast, you get to choose one of four set menus. Since we stayed two nights, I picked different options each time, and they were all delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent location with convenient stores nearby and great transportation links. The room was new, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were very polite and courteous. Highly recommend!

The building we booked, shown in the picture, was full, so a guy led us to another small building next door. That building was quite nice, like a small villa. The interior was also very clean and tidy. The only downside was that it wasn't soundproof; we could hear everything the people upstairs were doing. We could only sleep if the people upstairs were lying down to rest. I'm not sure if the building in the picture had soundproofing. Changing rooms when the hotel was full wasn't a problem, but having to switch rooms and then being in a noisy environment wasn't ideal.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with plenty of complimentary amenities, including bath salts, hot eye masks, and moisturizer (which most hotels don't offer). The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets, drugstores, MUJI, Kita-san, Komachi-dori food court, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine (a tourist attraction), the bus terminal, and the tram station. The hotel's breakfast was also good, with a dedicated guide to your seat and a self-service buffet. The pineapple was very sweet (fruit is expensive in Japan, so I appreciated it; oranges weren't sweet). Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos. The room layout was good, with separate wet and dry areas, and the sink, toilet, and shower were all separate.

The hotel above the supermarket was probably full, so we were accommodated in a guesthouse next door. We shared a living room with other guests, but the room amenities were average. The tall, bespectacled receptionist spoke fluent English and was very chatty. The supermarket and station were nearby, and the lake was just a few minutes' walk across the street. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji.

Facilities: All the necessary facilities for accommodation. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. You must change your shoes in the hallway when entering the room. Keep the room clean. The hotels I stayed in Japan are clean and hygienic without dead corners. Environment: First-class. Kawaguchiko is across the road and Mount Fuji is directly in front of you. Service: Good

The accommodation is very good. The staff is good at service and speaks English very fluently. The accommodation does not have an elevator, but there is something like a slide board for children to lift their bags up. The staff helped us lift and lift all of them. The accommodation is near a minimart, very convenient. When you wake up in the morning and come down to eat, you can see Mt. Fuji. Oh, I have to go back again.

The hotel is right next to the RED line 15 bus stop, near the museum, and about 100 meters away from the lake. The owner's own FAMILY supermarket is downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located close to the road, with a beautiful environment and a view of Mount Fuji. The room is clean and well-equipped. It's a good experience!
