Stayed at the Fuji View Room and view was spectacular 😍 room was big with twin beds and bathtub. Toiletries are provided and we get to access the onsen for free too :)

Best hotel with Mt Fiji view (from our room ) ! Very clean and good location, next to the park ! And free shuttle bus. Also the bus station to Tokyo. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant are very clean and we had the best Japanese fine dining with reasonable price! And the Japanese spa (Onsen) is a bonus ! Highly recommended! We will go back to stay !

My room is big and tidy, facing Mt. Fuji, excellent view. The staff are very nice and helpful. The Hotel has a parking area and is free of charge. But the buffet breakfast is okay .... and buffet dinner is far below standard, maybe I should say BAD

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to enjoy Fuji view and onsen. The complementary entry to next door onsen connected by a walkway is super cool. Can see Mount Fuji from breakfast restaurant at 4th floor and onsen on a clear day. Breakfast is good. Also loved the shower with massage water jets from the sides in hotel room. But the beds and mattress feel sort of aged, maybe need to be changed.

Booked this hotel for visiting Mount Fuji area Easy to access from Tokyo as there’s highway bus that can board and alight at near hotel lobby great for Thomas fans as there’s Thomas theme room

Probably the best hotel in the area. Helpful staff who speak English, great breakfast and location, and of course perks for entering Fuji-Q

The hotel was so clean, the service by the concierge was so friendly and approachable. Helped us to push and carry our luggage till our room door. The convenience stalls nearby made breakfast and supper a perfect go to! It was a good stay nearby the onsen which has free access for staying guests! The carpark was just located downstairs that you could also see your car! Love the visit! And will want to come back again!

Mountain Fuji view is very nice. Hotel is clean and nice. Service is good except for charges for printing paper. Overall is nice hotel with good facilities. Location is OK, walking distance to Fuji Q. While need to take bus to other places.

I stayed in an executive room with a stunning view of Mt.fuji. Room is spacious with 4 beds. There is an amusement next to the hotel where you can enjoy shopping souvenir and taking photos without paying the entrancs tickets. If you are family with children, it is ok but if you like relaxing and tranquil place to stay is not the best choice.

The room is clean and large, very good view. Once I open the curtain, I can see Mr Fuji. Beautiful. There are lots of food in the morning buffet

The hotel is directly to Fuji Q Highland, you can easily drive here for an hour or two from Tokyo. The hotel offer free of charges parking. Or you can take the train to Kawaguchiko station then take Resort Express. Hotel can offer special price park ticket and also free public onsen. The room was so splendid. We have booked the room with Fuji view. We can enjoy the marvelous mountain view in every corner of the hotel. Really recommended for those who are coming to enjoy the amusement park and need the stunning Fuji view.
