Rooms are clean. Good to have no any smoke smell. Gym is good. Breakfast is OK.

The hotel is so good. We love it. Room is clean, staff is very hospitable, breakfast is good. However, we go for business, so choose this one. If someone like to stay at the centre for tourism, you can choose others near there.

Your attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out during my visit. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention a matter that significantly impacted my stay - the restriction on accessing international websites and Google services through the hotel's internet connection. While I understand that this issue may extend beyond the hotel's control, it posed a considerable inconvenience for a traveler like myself who relies heavily on tools such as Google Earth, Google Maps, and Google Translate for both work and navigation purposes. Regrettably, the inability to access these essential online resources hindered my productivity during the trip. Despite attempts to utilize local alternatives provided by the hotel's WIFI, I encountered challenges such as intrusive advertisements and language barriers, particularly with menus in Chinese. As a business traveler, time is of the essence, and adapting to unfamiliar software and applications proved to be a significant hurdle. I kindly request that you consider addressing this internet restriction issue to enhance the overall experience for future guests who rely on seamless access to online tools. Your attention to this matter would undoubtedly contribute to the continued satisfaction of guests who value efficient and reliable internet connectivity during their stay. I liked the hotel overall. Room was big, clean and well maintained. Location was bit far from Railways station. Only issue that I faced some kind of noise always in evening time. Overall 4.5/5

I came to this hotel because it had better amenities and eat the Glow Shenzhen exhibit. Also, it’s near the East City Plaza. There’s the immediate surroundings, and I checked out a pub called Monster nearby which was playing Harry Potter and having dice games. I think outside of 1km is not the best area. Not far from the bay park, but closer to Guangming new area (20 min). It was not so lively in the hotel itself, but breakfast was good. Everyone friendly. Could have preferred city view versus the residential view though.
