The Residential Suites Fukuoka

Very big room if u have a big family. Renting a car will be easy if u stay here.

This is a excellent stay for me and my family in Fukuoka. However, I think the front desk staff communication skills need to be improved as their English is not really good. But they are very friendly.

Everything was perfectly with my trip. I will come back and stay here

Room are apectacular great with lots of facility. You can do wash your cloth, eating and the room is super space and it is good for traveller with need to have a big storage

Is a bit far from the subway , ness to walk about 15 mins . Is within a residential area

Super weird place. The exterior looks modern, but the inside of the room is so old. Everything is strange. The room is large, but the layout is just bizarre and the furnishings are all really old. We left early to stay in another hotel and they would not refund unused days that had been paid for. I booked it because it says it has a pool and the kids would like that. While there is a pool, you can’t exactly use it. You must pay an additional fee per day to use the pool. So I think that should be mentioned in the listing. The area is very quiet and the subway is about 20 minutes walk away. Not very convenient at all. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away which is nice if you want to stay somewhere very quiet and don’t need to go to the center of the city and don’t mind paying an extra ¥3000 yen per day for the pool

The hotel room is big and clean, and service is excellent. Will definitely come back next time.

Location is around 15 minutes walking from train station. But it is okay for us because we drive. Their parking is right next to the hotel and they allow us to reserve in advanced.
