The hotel is located within walking distance to many places. It has a nice amenities bar where you can take at the lobby. The breakfast was fantastic. The only thing is that the lift takes very long.

Nice and polite staff. Amenities including face wash and make up remover are free to pick up at lobby. Love the choices of shampoo and conditioner. Complimentary soup and supper are provided. Perfect experience!

Pretty good service hotel let us check in slightly earlier and friendly front desk. Breakfast is really good. Decent location around 5 minutes walk from the train station. Though cleanliness can be improved a little as there are visible dust on the walls.

The hotel is in a great location and the selling point is the breakfast. However, I feel that like everywhere else in Japan, the food outside the hotel (which is a lot of options since in Nakasu) are better. So no need to specially choose for their breakfast. their bathtub is huge though.

Simple and clean hotel with a great location to downtown Hakata, Nakata and Tenjin, as well as an amazing breakfast buffet with locally sourced ingredients.

Overall a great hotel and good location. Very displeased with the front desk lady, during check in, she didn’t gave me a good check in service and i ended waiting much longer then others. Unnecessary check in process causing alot of hiccups

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am. Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj! We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is superb; the room's small though.

Even if the room is small, it's so clean. The downside is just the only one pillow. Requested for additional, did not arrive. Sleep wear provided is a big help. Complimentary drinks - awesome Night snacks - superb Overall experience- so goos

Room is small but tidy and clean. The Japanese breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food. The location is very convenient, just 5mins walk from the JR station Nakasu Kawabata. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping malls around. 24 hours Donki shop is nearby. It takes around 15 mins if walking to Hakata station, and takes 20 mins to walk to Tenjin station where a lot of famous department stores scattering around.
