good service and good hotel

Staying at this hotel was delightful. The staff who helped the check in process was very friendly and sympathetic. Gym was small but adequate. The hotel offers luggage storage service which was very helpful. Thanks for having us.

I really liked the location. It was easy to find and get to. It was close to the Old Post Office, which was our destination. It is also close to Union Station for those who travel by train.

The hotel was in a great location (right next to a train stop), which made it easy to get around. The hotel was in great shape and the staff was helpful. It is a downside that you must pay for breakfast.

Really just an in and out. I did care for it being a young adult hangout. Not in an obvious way but they definitely rent the rooms to gather in groups.

Very clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful. I would have liked more access to transportation and a lounge. I do recommend this hotel for an overnight.

When we were leaving there was a large cockroach in the hall. I told staff and she acted like it was no big deal.

I have nothing to say but good things to be honest. The staff are all EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. Even with some issues with the air in our room, they were prompt in fixing the issue. Everyone I’ve dealt with have been pleasant and amazing to deal with. Can’t recommend enough.

The staff at this Holiday Inn are pleasant and the property is clean and well kept. I do worry however about the safety of guests as the guest before us had his vehicle stolen from right out in front and it was locked! There were also some "people" hanging around "the corner" who weren't guests and it was at least 12:30 in the morning, so they had no reason to be hanging out there. As a female who travels alone, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

The customer service was great. Easy checkout. Clean. The location was off putting do to a lot of construction everywhere and being so close to the expressway.
