Great Location, just few minutes walk to Hakata Station! Bathroom is nice! Convenience store just next to hotel!

The location is great, very close to the railway station, shops and restaurants. But it's the most dusty hotel room I've ever been! Everywhere I looked around in the room, it's either covered in dust or water stains. Even the bed cover looked dirty. The room was also hot and stuffy when I walked in, and it took a few hours before it cooled down a little, which was not comfortable in the hot summer weather. The major problem: cleanliness of the room.

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids, the hotel had children amenities provided upon check-in and this made the kids felt welcoming. Hotel is located at around 5-min walk from Hakata Station, yet it is not along the Main Street which feels like enjoying the proximity to train station but with a quiet neighborhood around.

The hotel staff members are super helpful. They are taking every efforts to make stay comfortable.

Very accommodating to families. We are a family of 4. We got 4 single beds where each bed is larger than a twin size. They had everything you need in the bathroom except body lotion so bring your own. Our stay was perfect. It was very close to train station and had a Lawson directly across so we could get a quick bite since we didn’t get daily breakfast there and food places don’t open until 10:30-11am. The room itself is small but efficient and it had everything we would need. I would stay there again next time I am in Fukuoka and need to be near Hakata Station.

Third time at this hotel when visiting Fukuoka. Room clean & tidy, great staff, great location (center of everything), close walking distance from Hakata station.

The hotel impresses with its prime location and reasonable cost, while also maintaining a commendable standard of cleanliness and providing spacious accommodations. However, the hair dryer provided lacks the desired effectiveness and is somewhat mild in its performance.

Staff are friendly and helpful. My booking came with breakfast and it was good in terms of variety and taste.

Very nice hospitality services rendered on front desk, spacious and comfy is the guest room, and on the quiet corner not far away from Hakata Station. But with regret of unpleasant experience when taking the breakfast daily, just to mention a few on below:- - in absence of fresh fruits as you need to bring along your own fruits to the table - much of the hot dishes seem re-heat again which brought forward from dishes last night - western cuisine including bread are in desperately inadequate provision - table wares are not clean, and - facial tissues paper not provided
