Rooms is adequate in size with good separation of wet and dry toilet area. Area is not as crowded as Hakata which could take the hectic away.

Very clean hotel, hair dryer is refa. good location, in middle of two train stations.

Hotel is newly renovated and reopened in Oct 2024. Located between Gion and Kushida Shrine Subway stations, so you have the option of 2 subway lines. Kushida Shrine is just around the corner and Canal City just a stone throw away. Walkable from Hakata Station, around 10 mins.

We stayed for 1 night in a twin room at this hotel and we were very pleased. The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. We carried 2 small suitcases and there was just enough space to open it up fully. I agree with some of the other reviews, in case you have a large suitcase, it will be tight. Positives * Good location (approx 13 mins from JR Hakata Station). * Comfortable beds. * Good shower/ bathroom. * Friendly staff and extremely helpful. * Check-in and out was easy without any issues. Negatives * There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. It looked like when the floor was cleaned, it was swept into the corner and forgotten about. * Some difficult to reach areas were not dusted.

A cozy place for a short stay. Hotel is very new and well maintained with kind and warm-hearted staff,within 10 mins to both central station and commercial Centre with many restaurants and 7-11 around. Everything is good except the room is a bit small.

Check-in was fast and effortless. The moderate twin room seems to be smaller than the advertised 26 sqm., probably because the bathroom takes up quite a bit of space with separate areas for the bathtub and the rain shower. The room is clean and well maintained. The main drawback is a lack of drawers. There is a 50 inch flat-screen TV, but unfortunately there are no international channels. Complimentary toiletries are available in the lobby. Excellent location, with convenience stores and eateries nearby. Canal City is a 5-min walk. The hotel is roughly equidistant from the Gion (2 stops to Tenjin) and Kushida Shrine (1 stop to Tenjin-minami) Stations, which are about 3 mins away by foot. No.8 bus which stops in front of the hotel goes to Hakata Station.

Convenient location The hotel room is spacious exactly what you see in the hotel description. Express Check in and self check out , this hotel has its own parking area which is convenient for those have cars. Amsopira Gion , Lawson, 7-11 , shopping areas all within walking distance . Restaurants and cafes are also nearby👍👍

Clean hotel with nice environment and polite staff. Breakfast buffet is good too.

Room was slightly small, but considered decent for Japan hotels. Overall not too bad, just slightly disappointing that our room overlooked a temple and could see the cemetery at the back.

Room is clean but small. Room has alot of USB charging sockets which is helpful for those having alot of devices to charge. Only con is the beds are too close to each other and the one sleeping near the wall will have a problem coming out from the side. Reception is at level 2 so if you have alot of hand carry items, inform the front desk for a luggage trolley. Liked that they have a luggage weighing machine and notes changing machine. DIY laundry is also provided but only 3 washing machines/dryer and each wash/dry will take 2hrs so plan your wash as morning tends to be very crowed. Front desk staff was helpful when I need help on my DIY laundry. Breakfast was buffet style but very limited choice with no eggs options except raw ones for the rice and fruits was one or two options.

The hotel is located between two subway stations. It is very convenient not only to take public transportation such as subway and buses, but also to buy anything in convenience stores. The room is clean, staffs at the counter are kind and hospitable. Besides, there are some daily supplements provided, feel free to use them if you need. We had a great five-day staying experience here and highly recommend this hotel. I must stay here next time when visiting Hakata again.
