They dont provide slippers Breakfast choices are great but they only have 2 types. So if you are there for a week dont get the breakfast for the entire stays I ask for 1 hour extension of check out they dont allow Pillows are too thin that I requested another Room is too small that i cant fit my luggages! Hahah

The hotel location is extremely convenient which it just takes about 1-min walk to Nakasu-Kawabata station. I like the vibes of the hotel, chill and relaxing. The breakfast set is presented attractively and mouth watering. I enjoy my stay in this hotel.

Good location near to subway station exit. Variety of choices of amenities at lobby and good service. The toilet lighting could be brighter though.

Everything is good. But water leakage heavily after using bath tub

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a subway exit with many food options around, ranging from izakayas to japanese fast food chains ans on the same street as Ichiran’s HQ. The hotel was very clean and spacious with a direct arrangement to ship luggage to Hakata station. It is about 10 mins away from Fukuoka’s main sites. Breakfast exquisite and nice. W

Not big enough for 2 pax. No options for room temperature. Great location though. And nice bar.

Room is little bit smaller than I expected, but clean and cozy. The atmosphere of the lobby and restaurant area are so nice, and food also good too.

Good location near shopping area, nice services, free flow beer 17:00-18:00. Room space quite small. Overall perfect hotel. Recommend!

Prefer the staff to be less snobby and pretentious. Doesn’t enjoy the attitude given by the short haired female staff, she didn’t take her time to understand what I meant and quickly assume something I didn’t said and the after attitude given after that was really not necessary. She is in the service line and I wasn’t even giving her any unpleasant attitude but she gave that in return. Out of the many time I stayed in this hotel, this is the only time I really regretted to book the hotel.

We booked and paid for 4 nites stay but due to some reason we could only check in one day later, so only stayed 3 nites . Thought there’s no refund for the unused one nite, the hotel was kind enough to give us free breakfast. Location is fantastic, easy accessible to Hakata station, Canal city, Tenjin… The room is a bit small though.

Great location

the bad point was the soundproof, I could hear people talking all them full conversation. When they were in the bathroom I could hear everything even fart. Also mornings and nights I heard people making out. That was kind of terrible... so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend at all.

No air condition only fan for ventilations. Smelly bathroom, dirt found in washing basin
