We had to stop there because we couldn't get into our location and we did not have a phone to contact them.The desk clerk was more then helpful and let us use the phone to contact.He also let us use the hotel computer to get directions sent to our email.Thr desk clerk was very friendly and accomadating,had we not got our key we would have stayed there instead.Sokudos to the great desk clerk for helping 4 strangers from Canada.

I stayed at Hotel Sonne on Sept 8, 2024. I selected it over others in the vicinity due to the ratings but not everyone’s experiences are the same. Arriving by car is a nightmare because it’s not very obvious where you can pull over to access the reception nor is it very apparent where the main entrance is! I drove back and forth several times until I had to give up and park at a car park 10min away by walking. Another hotel across the street seemed to have easier access to pull in by car. The staff gets a perfect score they are very welcoming and professional I have no complaints about them. My room didn’t seem like the one I had seen on the website. It also seemed stuffy and only had a vertical fan and window if i opened smelled of cigarettes outside. They do have a nice restaurant but I only stayed one night so there wasn’t time for me to eat there. They do have adequate underground parking, some stalls are elevated to fit more vehicles I requested a normal stall as I had a rental and wasn’t comfortable with that. The elevator to reach the rooms was rather dark and i couldn’t read what floor numbers corresponded to my room. Again, overall a nice hotel with great staff but my room wasn’t what I expected it had three twin beds they later converted one into a sofa, was stuffy, bathroom was very tiny and sitting on toilet too close to the wall was very awkward.

We stayed for two nights in May at this beautiful boutique hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really enjoyable and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast each morning in the restaurant was varied, fresh and good. Hotel Hirsch is well located just across the road from the old town and a short drive up to the base of Neuschwanstein Castle. The area is very picturesque and lovely to walk around. Our room was very comfortable and modern and the hotel has a guest laundry and free parking on site. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the views. We had a very enjoyable stay and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Well the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

入住當天房間空調漏水，多次維修都沒有解決問題，給我們的休息帶來了困擾，為了不被打擾，我們選擇關閉空調忍耐。這樣一晚1800多元的房間讓我們很不舒服。但是我和攜程反應這些問題後，他們全程跟蹤和酒店反饋和處理，非常暖心和感動，再次感謝攜程為我們客户的不厭其煩的訴求和服務。感覺出門在外隨時有攜程的陪伴和支持👍

Absolutely loved our stay at the Maurushaus. This is the second time i have stay at this place and fully recommend the place. You are greeted with a warm welcome and a run through of the sights to see around fussen. The info received saved us a lot of money on transport and fuel costs, so please listen. When you arrive you get a free welcome drink, which consist of a wide range of beers, spirits or softs drinks. The breakfast was amazing and costs around 7,50 per adult and a special deal on children. As an added bonus, you get given a food bag which you can fill from the breakfast buffet, this saves you a fortune for lunch! The only minor downside is that the house is old and the floor boards can creek when people move around, but this is a minor negative and we quickly got used to the noises within the building.

Bit of a mixed review this one. We wanted to like the house, we really did, but we didnt. The welcome was formal and informative, but short of friendly. The room we had sat over the front entrance of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the car park. The room was ok but the wifi was intermittent. Breakfast was absolutley superb - couldn't fault it - one of the best we have encountered. The hotel is a pleasant 20 min walk from the middle of town (Fussen is lovley by the way). This is another issue - although the hotel is way outside of town it charges extra for car parking ! You don't kind mind if somewhere is in the middle of town and space is limited, but thats not the case here. Its not awfull, its OK, the breakfast is brilliant, but I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Perfect for family with young children (7, 5, 1.5 yo). Beautiful garden with statues that children were delighted to search for and the dining area is also filled with plenty of surprises for the little ones. Our room (no. 5) was spacey and clean. There was a bunk with 3 beds, that older kids loved so much, that they actually slept there for the entire night (normally they migrate to my bed :)). The panoramic glass wall made it possible for husband and I to drink a glass of beer under the full moon on our terrace while watching sleeping children inside the room. Also: baby bed available. Radiators are a bit hidden under the grates and can be regulated if needed. We give this hotel 5 stars *****

A lovely old Teutonic house set in landscape grounds with free parking. Great mountain views from our bedroom which was large with all toiletries. It is short walk - about 1km to Fusson centre which is a lovely old town with plenty of local restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel is nice. There are no English TV stations. There is an elevator but you are requested not to use it after 8.30 at night so as not to disturb other residents of the hotel. I left a dress in the wardrobe and only discovered it a day after we left the hotel. We contacted them to ask to post it to our home address. We send the required money and to date 3 weeks later this has not arrived! I'm sure it will arrive st dome point

We stayed here as a family of four and broke out into two rooms with two individuals in each room. My parents had a lovely stay in their room. We began a lovely stay in our room, but unfortunately came to soon find out we did not have hot water. When we informed the front desk staff of this, we were dismissed and told that the problem could not be fixed and they could not do anything about it. They did not offer to find any solution such as a different room. The next morning when I spoke to a different staff member about the issue they too said there is nothing we could do, and when we asked if we could have a discount or a small refund on our room, they did not accommodate. They said the most we could have was some free tea at the breakfast.
