Hotel Kolam air panas di Fuzhou

I recently stayed at this place, and overall, it was just okay. The amenities were decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong smell of smoke really detracted from my experience. It was pervasive and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

We were welcomed by 阮晓城 at the reception counter and he was very hospitable and warm! Check-in process is very smooth and he assisted us to ensure that we get all 4 rooms on the same floor. Room is cosy and breakfast buffet spread is very sumptuous!

家庭旅行選了這家酒店，地理位置極佳，在市中心。酒店後山就是于山風景區，酒店出門左側就是于山堂和五一廣場。距離三坊七巷和達明美食街也就2公里不到，非常方便。豪華温泉房，房間面積挺大，設施略微陳舊，但有個很大的浴池可以泡湯，最驚艷的是每天都會有水果或甜湯（花生湯、楊枝甘露、酒釀圓子、銀耳雪梨湯），非常貼心。唯一需要避雷是打車得提早點時間，門口的主幹道非常堵。總之，非常好體驗，五星好評！

I booked this room for my mum and cousin for 3N4D stay. I chose this hotel for the location within the Sanfang Qixiang, and walking distance to foodie streets and the Ancestral Hall and Museum of Lin Zexu. The setting of the hotel was exactly what I was expecting, bringing us back to living in ancient Chinese house but with modern comfort. The service from the door concierge (2 gentlemen) to the reception counter (all staff and GM Assistant, Ms Qiu Guixiang) and room service (level 3 staff) was top-notch. The service we received was ever so warm and heartfelt, always able to accommodate our requests including laundry assistance and standing fan, helping us with our luggage and transport . I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a niche boutique hotel, and not an international hotel with full-range facilities.

這次福州之行很滿意的酒店！雖然是老牌酒店，但是房間比現在很多連鎖的酒店大，衞生也不錯，其中最讓我滿意的是服務態度！餐飲部有一位高高瘦瘦的阿姨很温柔，誠懇的跟我們説三個人不要點太多菜，她們這邊的菜量比較大，果然聽勸沒錯！點了三個菜也一點沒踩雷，都好吃的！還有她們家早餐的撈化跟外麪店裏的沒差太多，酒店裡的餐飲做到這個水平必須要點贊！下次去福建肯定會再來！

房間整體很乾凈，還有很多小設計～我喜歡他們家的布拖鞋舒服～忘記走的時候要連結了 哈哈哈哈 而且前台小姐姐們都很温柔，問好玩好吃的地方都會很熱心回答捏～最後一天吃了早餐！早餐很不錯～這幾天在福州玩得很開心～

I forgot to take photos of the room. But this place is definitely a chill place to stay if you have already explored Fu Zhou 福州 or don't mind paying for taxi to go from places to places in Fu Zhou. This is basically a spa place that has hotel accommodation. Booking the hotel gives 2 free tickets to the spa that has pools of various degrees of hotness. The room has its own private mini spa bathtub. Is quite cool! Can also order for the spa massage to come to the room.

總體感覺不錯，房間很大，佈置也很大氣，還貼心的配了一次性的馬桶套，十分暖心。服務人員比較親和，定的精品大床直接給我們升級成了温泉房，還有免費的浴缸膜可以用，温泉水泡一下，感覺氣色都好了。入住感很棒！會給朋友推薦這家酒店！

The room is big and clean. Breakfast was amazingly great. The public hot spring was spacious with different types of pool and scenery. The private hot spring in the room has big water current and can be filled up quickly. The service by 小叶子 was the best thing throughout the stay, she’s attentive and guided us on how to use the public hot spring and even borrowed me her personal nail clipper. People like her are hard to find nowadays. She deserves to be promoted for her service! 房间很大很干净。早餐很棒。公共温泉很宽敞，有不同类型的游泳池和风景。房间里的私人温泉水流很大，很快就能装满。小叶子的服务是整个住宿期间最好的，她很细心，指导我们如何使用公共温泉，甚至借给我她的私人指甲刀。现在很难找到像她这样的人了。她的服务值得提升！

跨年前入住了福龍泉酒店，心情是忐忑的。在攜程上一眼看中了這家温泉酒店，想着既能泡私湯温泉，又能足不出户睡個好覺。可是網上的評價又讓我心存疑慮：既有熱情洋溢的好評，也有怒不可遏的差評。怎麼選？決定還是小心翼翼的入住。前台小哥很禮貌，催促了客房，方便我們早點入住，還贈送了次日早餐，心裏很是感謝。打開房門，看到了好整以暇的泡池，還有整潔的床鋪。晚上泡澡水很快就放好了，淋浴時，並沒有經歷淋浴水温忽冷忽熱的情形，泡完澡後的房間也不是那麼潮濕，晚上洗的自帶毛巾，上午就幹了。早上八點去三樓用早餐，發現早餐比較豐盛，有撈化、包子、各種粗纖維食品、煎蛋、春捲、各式甜點、粥品、蔬菜沙拉、還有免費小飲料。驚喜發現客房區域中間還有公用衞生間，完美解決了兩個人搶着上廁所的尷尬。因為住的是四樓，早上指揮倒車的吆喝聲從窗户清晰地傳入耳中。所幸睡眠質量極好，沒有被吵醒。來福州前做好了攻略，準備好了平常心，因此對福龍泉酒店的客房服務還是滿意的。哦，有一個小細節：當時進電梯時，貌似一位三樓的工作人員為我們按住客梯，禮貌詢問樓層後，我們刷了房卡，為我們按樓層鍵。工作人員具備良好的職業素養，加分。 tips：1.馬桶不是智能的 2.房間裏沒有洗衣機 3.外賣不送到房間門口，而是放在樓層入口，樓層入口有門禁，需要刷卡入內。
