The location is good and there are lots of restaurants and pubs around that area. The room is clean and comfortable.

I would not stay here again, but it’s an okay choice for a last minute stay. The cleanliness and service was fine, but the window situation was very strange to us (but this may be a common thing in the region). We essentially had a window that was faced a corridor. We were arms-length from another wall and can basically see into another window. There were also cigarette butts beneath our window inside the corridor. Otherwise, the hotel is a ~12 minute walk from line 2 and there are plenty of food and milk tea options nearby.

Location is not good, food around here is not much, room is not clean, no window (pseudo) . Only sleep and go.

Very good stay of two nights in this big hotel. We had everything we needed: free water, a private bathroom, a hair dryer, a kettle.

The cleanliness was questionable, to say the least; I even found a booger on the wall.

The front desk staff were wonderful. My family member has been undergoing medical treatment nearby, and we've been staying here for almost a month. They were always so helpful, often assisting me with ordering essential items online for my family. They truly looked after my elderly relative. I'm so grateful.

My hotel experience was excellent! What truly stood out was the manager's personal service. She has such a pleasant and sweet voice, and her attitude is wonderful. Late last night, when my room's air conditioning wasn't working, she personally came to troubleshoot and fix it. The manager is not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. I highly recommend staying here; the service truly goes above and beyond. Definitely a five-star recommendation!

The cleanliness was subpar. Upon arrival, we found leftover trash from the previous guest on the table, including a straw wrapper from a drink. The soundproofing was terrible; it was noisy both evenings and mornings. Even when we went to bed late, around 1 or 2 AM, it was still very loud. The hallway noise was exceptionally disruptive. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly. However, disposable slippers weren't provided upon arrival, and we had to request them. The tooth mugs were merely disposable plastic cups, and overall, the amenities felt quite basic.

1. The soundproofing was terrible, which severely impacted my sleep quality. The large gaps under the room door meant every little sound from the hallway was clearly audible. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was woken up at least ten times during the night. 2. Additionally, the air conditioning and some of the electrical wiring in the room made strange creaking noises, further disturbing my sleep. My sleep quality was the main issue; otherwise, everything else was fine.

Hotel is a bit tricky to find; take an elevator up to the 9th floor. But location is good, next to the metro station, and the room provides everything needed for a solo traveller
