the hotel is nice but the guest room is not. much space is not usable, for example, a useless corner right at the back of the door, another useless corner in the shower area. insufficient sockets. we were expecting a guest room with a little balcony, as seen on the trip.com website. it came out to be a room with an open kitchen area.

The hotel staff are good. The deal they have with "The Travel Department" is not. Booked a front view twin room. Big extra cost. Given a side sea view room at the back of the hotel on the road side with three beds and very little spare room to move about. Eventually had the night porter, after several phone calls, produce what I paid for. We arrived at 2200 and were told because of the time of arrival, a plated selection of cold food would be offered. No meat all veg dried and turned up because it had been on the plate and uncovered since dinner. Breakfast was good apart from the juices, watered down to slightly coloured water. Dinner cold starter cold buffet was good . I had soup three times. Different name , all the same. Made from the left over mash from the night before. No sitting at the window tables . Reserved for the Germans. All in all not 4 star

My partner and I went to Sans Souci for a week for some down time and it exceeded our expectations. We had a sea view room that was truly exquisite and the beach was literally on our doorstep. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. Claudio at reception was so friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful tasty and always fresh. Our waiter Lorenzo was very attentive with a great sense of humour, fluent in English and always made sure we felt looked after. The staff during dinner service were so welcoming and always willing to accommodate our needs. This hotel is not only good value for money but made our holiday experience better than we could have imagined. The hotel provided bicycles free of charge so we could cycle at our own leisure. We also had a day in the spa that was relaxing and a nice touch. Came back feeling thoroughly refreshed. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. Had a really nice weeks holiday at the sans Susi, food good , staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the road at back of hotel, personally think if I visit again would pay extra for a sea facing balcony room. I throughly recommend this family run hotel .

We stayed here through a travelzoo deal and had a lovely family holiday. The hotel is wonderful - it has beautiful views of the beach, clean rooms, delicious food, a lovely outdoor swimming pool with plenty of loungers, and good access to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay, both at reception and also the waiting staff at breakfast/dinner. Highly recommend staying here.

I have just returned from a week in Hotel Sans Souci travelling as a solo on a group trip with The Travel Department. I would like to thank the management and staff for providing the best hospitality experience in the hotel I stayed on a half board basis and the food was very good. They had a special dinner one evening for us on the Terrace with music. I booked a double room with sea view and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning before breakfast. The hotel is right at the beach and the pool is clean and well maintained. It has a spa which I didn't use during my visit. There is a nice promenade walk into Gabicce Mare from the hotel. Gabicce Mare is a typical holiday seaside/bucket and spade town and it was just opening up for the season so still quite quiet during the week. We visited Bologna, Ravenna and San Marino on organised trips. The latter is especially worth visiting due to it's tax free shopping. We also took the bus to Pesaro which is the Italian City of Culture 2024 and the small train to Gabicce Mare for lovely views. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

As soon as we arrived feeling very tired we were greeted with warmth and a smile. The San Succi is in my view a perfect hotel,close enough to town and far enough to feel away from the noise. The vista from the impressive deck is so beautiful and the sunsets are perfect. The prices of drinks are very competitive with all the local bars and restaurants. The food is excellent breakfast and dinner. We had a room at the back of the hotel next to the lift and in past experience other hotels,this would not be great but it was quite and spacious with a large shower room,perfect for sleep then onto the deck for morning coffee and a view. But above all this hotel has staff that are very good at their job and they seem to have a pride where they work. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful week at the sans souci, the weather wasn't ideal but there was plenty of alternatives. All the staff were extremely helpful with tips to enjoy the local surrounding area, the evening meals were top quality & the breakfasts had plenty of choices

A nice hotel just outside of town , two buildings, spa, outdoor swimming pool, nice seating area, very helpful staff. We upgraded our room ,stunning sea views super king size bed, fridge and kettle. Bed breakfast and evening meal . A free glass of nice wine every evening and some really nice food . The only hotel in the resort open so quiet and peaceful, some nice walks and a bus trip out , a few nice cafes in town .
