The staff is very polite, the property is beautifully maintained, by considering every small things, that can add to the overall experience of the guests. I left my earbuds in the restaurant, and checked out, then I reached out to them. They took care of it, and got it delivered to me in Delhi safely, and ensured, that I did actually receive the same. Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

There was no restaurant or food court/ dining in hotel. Only one person was attending the guests. This person seems illiterate or primary educated because he was unable to converse or understand language other than gujrati. Hygiene and cleanliness was satisfactory. Owner was cooperative.

We arrived here at midnight. Our room was ready and the front desk people was so friendly to recieve us. And check in procedures were so simple and fininishesd in few minutes. 24 hrs hot water. Rooms are very neat. Every day new towels.Near to metro. Next time sure Asiana
