Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Hannover

Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung. Wer das Hotel bucht, weiß dass es nicht trendy ist und ja, es hat patina. Zimmer 212 im 2. Stock war sehr groß und geräumig. Doppelbett etwas hart, aber für mich genau richtig. Amenities, Kühlschrank mit 2 Wasserflaschen kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, geräumig. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war ruhig, kein Straßen oder Schienenlärm. Frühstück wird im Parterre eingenommen. Großes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, welches auch immer aufgefüllt wurde. Von Aufbackbrötchen unter der Woche keine Spur. Filterkaffee sowie auch Vollautomat verfügbar. Der Espresso vom Vollautomaten war nicht meins. Allein in allem ein solides Hotel, sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

This hotel is at the central bus station called ZOB which is not the best area in Hannover. It is however very near to the city centre (Hauptbahnhof, Kröpcke). The parking is opposite in a public parking and ther is no direct connection. With a lot of luggage you can face some problems. We read previous reviews that staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful which we can confirm for when we arrived as well as had a question about parking in front of the hotel to load the luggage (advice: don't do it as it is strictly prohibited by the city, but the receptionist did not seem to be bothered by us or our request). However, when we left the hotel an older woman was at the reception and she was super friendly! The younger staff should definitely take her as an example on how to be in the hotel industry. We did not try any food there, so cannot comment on that. The rooms are outdated and only some are renovated, however, there are HUGE, which is a BIG pluspoint for us, especially in December with all the additional presents and what not.

Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assortment of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

Stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip to Germany. The hotel is basic but clean, well-located and good value for the money. the breakfast was outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is is in a covered lot. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We spent one night in this comfortable hotel just outside Hannover central station (10mins walk). Being HHonors Gold member, we were provided with a room upgrade to a nice, large and quiet room. The room and bathroom were very clean, but felt a bit dated, so a renovation would be very welcome. We are also not big fans of showers in a bath-tub, so a nice walk-in shower would have been better. Staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well, with a good choice of food and drinks, although it did get very busy after 9:00am. We would consider staying here again when next in Hannover, especially if the hotel is renovated.

Das Einchecken war sehr freundlich und es standen Äpfel und Erfrischungen in der Lobby. Ebenfalls gibt es zum Shuttleservice zum Flughafen nur Positives zu berichten, pünktlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Zimmer hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Es ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Allerdings frage ich mich, warum es kein ”helles” Licht gibt. Die Lampen im Zimmer werfen nur dunkles indirektes Licht. Es war nicht möglich das Zimmer hell zu erleuchten. Das schlug ganz schön aufs Gemüt. Der Schalter zwischen Nachttischlampe und Leselampe war defekt, also gar nicht vorhanden, nur das Innenleben war sichtbar, was ich für gefährlich halte. Zwar wirbt das Leonardo mit schallisolierten Fenstern. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied zu normal verglasten Fenstern feststellen und es war unglaublich laut in der Nacht. Hinzu kam noch die Hellhörigkeit, so dass wir die Fernseher, Toilettengeräusche etc. der Nachbarzimmer gut hören können. Einen Wasserkocher wie in der Zimmerbeschreibung angepriesen, gab es bei uns nicht. Nur eine Kapselmaschine stand zur Verfügung. Damit mussten wir für unseren Tee das Wasser bereiten und somit schmeckte der Tee nach Kaffee. Auch sehr schade, dass nicht auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird und tatsächlich noch Kaffeekapseln angeboten werden. Für eine Nacht, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, ist es OK. Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist modern ausgestattet und ist interessant in ein Bestandsgebäude integriert. Es gibt gefühlt längere Wege, das alles über das rund gestaltete Zentrum läuft. Hier fi der sich auch ein kleiner SB Shop der von Getränke über Chips bis hin zum Ladekabel ein gutes Angebot hat. Direkt nebenan hat es aber auch einen City Rewe (09-2022). Das Essen war gut, auch während der Tagung und der Service war freundlich. Neben einem interessanten Pausenraum mit alten Maschinen kann man auch den sehr nahen großen Parkt zum Wald and Talk oder zum entspannten laufen nutzen.

Really lovely hotel … service professional rooms nice … food fab ….great location for shopping …. Business services excellent ( meeting rooms / lunches etc) Breakfast room service gorgeous. One tiny issue if your room overlooks the road… is the street noise early in the morning …. Machines / road sweepers etc …

Good beds, functional hotel. No shampoo or any of such in the bathroom (take your own). The breakfast was below expectations, but pricy. The first morning we had our breakfast at 9 am, that was obviously too late, since there was no vegetables at all anymore. Also many other things were gone. The second morning we had the breakfast at 7.45 am, but it did not get much better. I would have expected jus d'orange (both mornings not at all), fried eggs or soft boiled eggs (both mornings not at all), and a bit more choice in bread. The hotel has their own parking lot, which is a plus if you have a car with you.

Estuve 3 noches en este hotel y fue suficiente . Entre ls cosas buenas , quiero destacar la ubicación , frente a un parque grande y muy lindo , cerca de una estación de UBahn y si se prefiere caminar no muy distante del centro . El desayuno y el servicio del personal en el desayuno es muy bueno , se nota preocupación por el servicio , detalles como por ejemplo flores en las mesas . El salon del desayuno es muy bonito, muy agradable desayunar allí. Lo que no me gustó de este hotel : Llegué un domingo como a las 5 de la tarde , despues de haber viajado desde la mañana , quería comer algo y no tenian servicio de restaurant ni servicio a la habitación ,nunca me habia pasado en un hotel que no hubiera servicio a la habitación . Tuve que salir a comer fuera a pesar de lo cansada que venía . La habitación no me gustó , oscura de día y de noche ( mala iluminación , en las fotos no se nota lo obscuro) y con un olor no muy agradable. Da la impresión que no hacen bien el aseo, no se percibe una habitacion muy limpia. El resto bien , no fui al restaurant, así que no puedo opinar, creo que no siquiera fui a beber el welcome drink.
