Taj Gandhinagar Resort and Spa

The property is new but looks very old.Zero maintenance. Seepage all across and cracks from outside.Stayed in # B 310.You can see seepage outside your window.SideWall near the reception towards washroom having seepage.I will not recommended. Bad experience

The staff and service was beyond expectations. For the time we stayed there it felt like home. We were spoiled by everyone. Friendly and helpful staff. The chefs and servers catered to all our requests. We will miss everyone especially the amazing food.

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredible – from the doorman to the Aarti tika, and the warm room escort. Everything was just perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a wonderful ambiance that made our getaway so special. In-room dining was fantastic, and breakfast was a delightful experience. A big thank you to Duty Manager Amit, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed – truly a star! Shruti from Guest Relations also did an excellent job with the room escort and property tour. Seldom do we come across such exceptional service and hospitality. The stay was as usual pleasant. We were touched by the sweet decoration and the small little cake placed in the room on arrival to make the birthday we were celebrating a memorable one. The service was perfect by the front desk, welcome party, attendents, house keeping staff, recreational facility staff and all others involves. The check-in and checkout was quick as well. The restaurant is excellent where we enjoyed our high tea, buffet dinner and buffet breakfast. The service in the restaurant was excellent with no complaints to make. Chef Manoj was great with his personal attendance and ensuring all needs are perfectly catered to. The only two suggestions: 1. Have options of some good mouth freshners made available as we were left craving for it after our food in the restaurant. 2. Add some activities for kids to perform (complimentary preferred) so that we can plan longer stays. All in all, a perfect 5 star for our second stay at Taj Gandhinagar.

Excellent services provided by Amit & Ajay. Amit helped to give the the best rooms we needed. Ajay helped with excellent service for food. All in all great stay highly recommended. Room service, food & extra curricular activities were an added advantage.

I had a wonderful daycation with my family and friends. The hotel was well equipped and lots of fun activities to do my kids enjoyed the space. While some of the adults had blissful therapeutic spa session. The hammam experience was phenomenal.
