Probably your best choice for your buck if you’re staying in Gangtok. Great clean rooms, hot water and nice warm room and that all in walking distance from MG Marg. Would stay again!

We have breakfast and dinner both in the Blue Charcoal Rest. Awesome food and hospitality by the people present. The restaurant people - Arpana, Anushka, Yanki, Sahi (manager) are very caring people. Also, thanks to backed team like chefs and other persons

Best food service agar apko pasand nahi he to vo apne hisab se bana dete he staff bahut support karte he aur iske GM SIR Bahot bahot acche he vo apko pura sunte he hotel mg road se najdik hi he location bhi accha he ap chalke aspas ke location PE ghum sakte ho

Amazing staff and polite service. Good hotel at a good location. Very close from the Mall Road and good food as well at a reasonable price. Really helpful with baggage and urgent matters as well. Shankar and Ronit’s have been amazing as well. Thanks

We had booked the suite and had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It is a walking distance from MG road (need to know the shortcuts) and the room was awesome. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t really needed. The only problem I had was with the food available. There is not much variety in the menu and moreover many options are usually not available. Apart from this everything was excellent. The staff is great and very helpful.

Amazing staff Rimita at the reception and the place has beautiful rooftop views. The food is amazing too. The stay was amazing and very very comfortable. I'd definitely visit here again. The location of this hotel is also a bit away from the city. Hence. Peaceful....

I booked room for two nights, feeling dampness smell in my room, clean bathroom ,the first day breakfast was really good and tasty,but second day it was opposite of first day. Customer service is supportive.MG road market is within one Kilometre .The location of the hotel is in posh VIP area .
