In a word experience is good. To find its location is easy, just beside fire station, near m g marg.

Hotel location is very good. Close to mg marg, snot bus terminus. Staff are very good. Especially i would like to mention the name of manager, mr dorjee. He is very active, cooperative. He always ready to help with a smile. Food quality and taste are very good. They made my holiday pleasant one. Thanks to nor-bu ghang.

Location of hotel is good. And the view from hotel is also nice. Best part is the behaviour of manager. But needed a bit improvement in electronic devices which was not good so we had to make many call for it to be done okk. View from hotel

I had vome and stayed here in march 1993 for my honeymoon and after 31 years got my daughter ***** for nostalgic reasons. There is still no lift service and the phone to call up reception was not working. The staff were very polite snd helpful. Good for young couples but average experience for family

The 1st want to tell about the hotel is that the location. Besides of the main road, opposite of gangtok head post office and in front of rank a taxi stand from where you can get all types of cabs. The second thing is about the staffs who are very cooperative.

Each and every person here took extra efforts to make us extremely comfortable. Room was really beautiful and it make more satisfying. The food was superb. The staff at the check-in counter was very helpful and courteous. Superb
