Hotel Eden Garda

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Eden for 1 week 15th to the 22nd of May for our wedding anniversary, We were so impressed with the hotel and the staff everyone from the beautiful ladies that cleaned our room everyday to the reception staff that were so helpful with advice about getting around Garda to the bar staff and the restaurant staff everyone was so welcoming and friendly making our stay so enjoyable, the hotel is spotless and rooms are comfortable and modern with beautiful views from the balconies, we were half board so only had breakfast and evening meals included the food was outstanding every evening they served a 5 course meal with wine and beer included in the half board and I can honestly say everything we had was absolutely delicious so a big shout out to their chef he is amazing!! We went out during the day to explore the stunning sites of lake Garda but if you wanted to have lunch at the hotel then those options were very reasonably priced the drinks too were a fair price including the lovely cocktails!! The hotel was a straight walk of about 15 minutes down to the lake front (we walked it every day) the walk is pleasant but the hotel do have a shuttle service free of charge that runs regularly all day until the evening about 11pm. Garda is great base with the option of buses trains and boats to explore other areas of the lake we also took a trip to Venice which was amazing! We totally loved lake Garda and will definitely return to the hotel Eden in the future.

We stayed at hotel Eden for 7 nights with our one year old son at the beginning of June, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and almost like we were family. The evening feels are incredible, 5 star service from Massimo, Riccardo and the rest of the team. We often finished our breakfast and took a coffee outside to enjoy the early morning sun as our little boy practiced his walking. The facilities in the hotel are fantastic, poolside lunch is a must during the day. Hotel Eden’s cleaning staff were very accommodating and always did a great job of cleaning our room, thank you Maria. Take advantage of the rooftop pool, beautiful views on an evening. We had such a good stay we are going back in August ☺️

Service - 5* - all aspects of service are outstanding Cleanliness - 5* Pool - 5* - main pool big enough and cold / top floor jacuzzi pool has great views Room - 4.5* - lovely pool / coast facing room. Air con not the best but does the job, however feel cheap Location - 4.5* - Garda is a great location from which to travel. 1km from lake front, steep hill. Courtesy bus is good. Next to main road into Garda, sometimes noisy. Food - 4.5* - traditional Italian fare. Well cooked, just a bit samey for us

Fantastic friendly family run hotel easily accessible to Lakeside in Guarda with lovely rooftop views, clean, bright. Half board included evening meal 5 courses and breakfast fresh local ingredients absolute quality would return in a heartbeat!!

We have returned again to hotel Eden and it will not be our last visit. Family run hotel which we feel over the years we have been visiting just gets better and better with customer service at its heart. Breakfast is very good quality with loads of choice, Dinner which is five course top quality Italian food . Served by a professionals and friendly team. The rooms are very modern clean and very well maintained. Free Shuttle bus down into Garda is very welcome after a long day exploring. Having visited and lived in Italy over many years. You would struggle to find better.

Just back from a very pleasant 11 night stay at the Hotel Eden. We loved most aspects of the holiday. The staff were excellent and all spoke really good English. The pool area and the rooftop terrace were both lovely places to chill and there were generally plenty of sun beds. Drinks prices were reasonable- on a par with elsewhere in Garda and cheaper than many other places in Italy. The included drinks with dinner were a real bonus. The food was good though some of the sauces were too salty for our personal taste. Our one criticism would be the incessant roadside noise especially from the motor bikes which meant we were unable to sit in comfort on our balcony. If we went again we would certainly avoid Room 220.

We are coming to the end of our 10 day holiday here and leave in a couple of days. Really happy with everything at this hotel, from the really good food, free wine or beer at dinner time , the very friendly and helpful staff. The views from the sun terrace up the top of the hotel are fabulous. It is very easy to get down to the lake with the opportunity to get the shuttle bus back if you wish although the walk isn't too bad up the hill. Garda itself is wonderful with good transport links everywhere round the lake and the restaurants along the lake front are superb. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and we may well be back.

Everything about the Hotel Eden was perfect, the views from our room, the restaurant and the bar were fantastic as was the food and the pool amenities. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Faultless in everyway! Well done to all. This was our third visit will definitely return.

I would highly recommend this hotel - location is good and the hotel regularly runs a mini bus to and from Garda itself (15 min walk) and this is supplemented by a free local bus service run every half an hour from Garda Bus Station. Rooms are good. Food is absolutely excellent and the staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. Its a mid sized hospitable family run hotel - we loved our stay and so did everyone we spoke to there. Garda is a great lake side town with bars, restaurants and the (relaxing) Ferry running regularly to other lake side towns/villages. The lake is beautiful with much to see and enjoy. Sirmonie and Lazise were our favourites. Many local markets to browse. Although Sirmonie and Riva in the north were lovely staying on the west or east coast line at mid points of the lake allow for easier travel by ferry north and south.
