I recently stayed at Kube Hotel in St. Tropez and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. There were spider webs, and the floors were dirty, even though I specifically requested them to be cleaned the previous evening. To make matters worse, instead of simply providing laundry bags as I asked, the staff took my laundry without permission. The shuttle service was another disappointment. We had to wait for around 30 minutes in St. Tropez, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The carpet in the restaurant was visibly dirty, and it was frustrating to see that it could easily be cleaned with a carpet cleaner. Additionally, when I requested a late checkout, the hotel wasn’t flexible at all. They didn’t offer even a single hour extra, which is surprising, given that I regularly stay in hotels in Cannes where they are far more accommodating, despite being much busier. I’m particularly disappointed because my stay at Kube Hotel last year was much better. The rooms were cleaner, the service was more reliable, and the shuttle service worked efficiently. Unfortunately, this time, the experience has been a big letdown. I hope the management addresses these issues because, as it stands, I would not recommend staying here.
