Nice Hotel, located on right place in Gatlinburg. We stayed for 3 night here when we visited smoky Mountains. It was comfortable stay. All tourist locations are nearby. They have free parking and breakfast was ok.

Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is perfect for walking all over Gatlinburg! We never moved our car after check in, till we left. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a big flatscreen television, mini fridge, and microwave. The staff were all very friendly, and addressed any issues we had. We were so pleased they now have room service to freshen up the room. (This is our first time since Covid to have maid service.) They are remodeling, so the lobby and breakfast area are in a temporary location, but the service remained excellent. Breakfast was limited to coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, two hot items, and a few pastries, But the hostess was there to serve the hot items, and everyone takes breakfast back to their rooms. We loved being next to the tram going up to Ober Gatlinburg. And we loved being across the street from the trolly stop. (If you download the trolly app on your phone, you can keep up with where the trolly is. We used the red line, but you can change trolly lines at the aquarium.) We enjoyed meals at the Cherokee Grill, Howard’s, and TGI Friday’s. If we had stayed longer, we would have gone to Crocketts Breakfast Camp. (Been there before and it’s great!) I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. They have a variety of rooms. My favorite are the kings with a fireplace, with a balcony overlooking the creek. All rooms are outside entrances, but we felt very safe.

We checked in late about 11pm into room 121. Check in was fine, the gentleman who checked us in wasn't super friendly but he was quick and sufficient. I didn't realize that this hotel does not have an elevator. So if you have mobility issues request a ground floor or the super 8 in Pigeon Forge has an elevator. Luckily we were able to get a ground floor room because both my husband and I have mobility issues, him more so than I. The room was smaller than I liked, it was a two double bed room. The room was clean but the floor felt off. I think a simple swiffer mop would fix that. The room came with a working fridge, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes and toiletries. The bathroom is very tiny, not much bigger than a closet. So if you're grossly obese you're gonna have a hard time getting in and out. We didn't receive full house keeping because we travel with our cat but house keeping did check to see if we needed anything and brought us towels. This is the first time this has happened. I appreciate the time to check on us. The major down falls with the room could easily be fixed and only coat a few hundred dollars, the drop down ceiling in the vanity area had water damage and they were sagging, there were gouges in the bathroom and the wall opposite of the beds. Fix these small issues and the owners could easily charge almost as much as Pigeon Forge properties that are similar quality. Would I stay here again? Yes but I would need to make sure the bed is at least a queen and on the ground floor.

The service was great! After checking in Ginger sent a text to ask if everything was good with the room. We had a light out in the bathroom and it was fixed the next morning. The only other thing is the water pressure was low and the heat didn't shut off after it got to the temperature we had it set on it just ran all night and it was so hot even when we turned it all the way down. We couldn't sleep it was so hot! We just cut it off at night and we stayed comfortable all night. Other than that it was a fare stay.
