Very nice service from front desk to dining. They even made me almond milk lattes and gluten free bread. The fitness center, while small, offers a universal machine that gives great workout.  The steam room and spa are also nice touches.  The rooms are well appointed and quiet.  We will definitely return.  Thank you.

Highly recommend.Amazing and Excellent Stay… The staff took so much of care in taking care of everything..The Chef took our preference and customised our food as we had to follow some rituals..They also treated us to mouth watering Litti Chokha and Sattu ke kachori. The rooms are well-maintained and neatly arranged. Mohit/Kaif/Ankit and others provided great service.

Recently stay with Hyatt Place Bodh Gaya. Helpful and cheerful staff. Neat, clean and specious rooms with energetic ambience inside the room. Good grade toiletries. Nice view from the gallery. Good spread of breakfast to savor the taste buds. Specially thanks to Housekeeping team!!!

My recent stay at Hyatt Place Bodh Gaya was an excellent experience. The on-site restaurant offered an excellent variety of local and international cuisine, catering to all tastes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, & courteous.

The hotel was a perfect for my sister, niece, and I -we stayed in a large family room which was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The hotel had a wonderful calm ambiance. We really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff - both dining and cleaning crews.

If you’re looking for a quiet retreat in a beautiful setting, hyatt place gaya is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night for visiting the temple. Clean nice held seemengly new property. A bit away from the village and main attractions -you would need a transportation or walking half an hour. There are all facilities on site inclusive a restaurant.

We booked a car at the hotel reception in the evening to take us to the airport next morning and paid in advance for a group of four plus luggage. At 10 a.m. next day the car was not there. Personnel initially demonstrated ‘an effort’ to get us a car. 10.20 - nothing happened. 10.30 they/reception team (hospitality ones , right?) offered to return money. Full stop. One needs to understand the location of this hotel in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by agricultural lands and a bit of housing at the back. No taxis, no uber, no baggage three-weelers… nothing. And our flight (one out of two or three per week ) leaving for Delhi shortly. Personnel did not bother to make an effort to solve a huge problem created by themselves. We worked out the solution ourselves, thanks to complete strangers and their kind hearts. Hotel crew remained useless. If you plan to go there, keep this in mind and be prepared to “surprises” from Hyatt team.

Very unprofessional staff and service was minimum.. poor infrastructure with minimum amenities. They cannot charge such high rates for services like transportation for the quality of service they provide. Very poor service… They don’t even have hot water, no storage, leaking bathroom only to mention a few. Staff was having lunch next to us and disturbing guests. There was a photoshoot and guests were asked not to make noise when the staff themselves keep disturbing the guests and made us uncomfortable with their zero manners. Never again will I visit this hotel.. extremely poor service. -100
