For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Towel change 2 times per week. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Gondola lift 6 km, ski bus stop 10 m.
