Hotel was fine, rooms clean and comfortable, neighbourhood just ok ! 10-15 min walk to the metro. Takes about 50 minutes or so (couple of metro lines) to the sights of Paris centre. Just one complaint from us, after contacting the hotel to ask if our 2 rooms could be together as we were travelling with 3 kids, they confirmed the would be next to each other but on arrival they were in fact on different floors and at opposite ends from each other so couldn't have been more further away !! It was fine though as we just used the hotel as a place to sleep and was out from morning till late....

When arriving at the hotel we were very happy. Everything was as described, staff and security on Friday 23rd June. Where the most welcoming and accommodating, the cleaners are absolutely lovely and ensure you’re okay. One man, which regretfully I didn’t catch his name went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and helped us multiple times that evening with food deliveries and calling restaurants for us.We were so happy. Last night Friday the man at reception was so kind, gave me change for the vending machine and was all smiles and friendly. So it was quite a shock to me. That on our last night, it’s 2am I wasn’t too well from the food and I needed a drink so I popped down to reception where I went to the vending machine. Couldn’t see a tea on the menu, so I approached the man sitting at reception. I said “Bonjour, hello by any chance do you know if there’s anywhere I can get a tea, or by any chance could I please use a kettle” He responded with “what!?” So I kindly repeated “anywhere I can get a tea? Or borrow a kettle” He then responded, “it’s not my problem, I’m here” I said “oh alright? I was only asking” He then said “why you down here at 2am” and looked at his watch… I said “I came down to get a drink and going for a cigarette.” He said “go to your room” I said “I’m going for a cigarette, you can’t smoke in the hotel rooms” And then he started talking in French to the security waving his hands around, doing smoking motions and pointing outside. Security then walked directly at me, and started speaking at me in French. I honestly had no idea what was going on. He turned around and went back to his desk. I walked out for a walk and a cigarette. Returned and they were staring and talking in French. Quite honestly I felt intimidated, on edge and very angry. The cheek, I pay for my holiday, my room. My stay. There is no rules in place stating I cannot exit my room at a certain time. The night before and the Friday, I spent most my evening outside with security and at the reception with the lovey staff. This man I had not seen while staying here, and was quite abrupt, rude and condescending. I didn’t dare ask for his name, but he is an old-ish guy, grey hair. Honestly, he has let this hotel down massively and I don’t quite understand what I did so wrong. A nice simple response of “sorry I can’t help you; no kettles” or “a little busy, if it’s not in vending machine- it’s not available”. But he felt the need to imprison me and send me to my room. At first, I’d have recommended this hotel but because of this I DO NOT recommend staying here, customer service skills are AWFUL from these 2 members of your staff.

Parcheggio interno... ci stanno anche furgoni e un mezzo un po' più grosso... in questo caso meglio avvertire x telefono. Praticamente attaccato ci sono: 2 ristoranti, la metro, supermercato, fermate x mezzi su strada, un parco ”parc des sévines”. Poi camminando x 30 m c'è un parco con un lago e animali ” parc des chanteraines”. Uscendo dall'albergo girando a sinistra, superando la rotonda e sempre dritta... 10 m a piedi c'è un mcdonald's. Direi comodo per tutto. Anche x la torre Eiffel.

Très bon accueil, service impeccable ! Le personnel est au petit soins avec les clients, notamment Samia. Pendant notre séjour nous avons eu un soucis de clim et le jour même on nous a changé de chambre. Il y a également un arrêt de bus à 2 min à pieds à peine pour rejoindre le centre de Paris. En conclusion nous sommes très contente de notre séjour, nous avons passé un merveilleux moments entre mère et fille.

Personnel correcte mais hôtel plus que déplorable. La chambre veillote certe mais une moquette tâché, une douche qui fuite de partout avec à la sortie une flaque énorme dans la salle de bain, pas d'insonorisation sur la rue on avait l'impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car manque une poignée sur la fenêtre extérieure qui est maintenue avec une gobelet en carton offert par l'hôtel pour essayer de fermer la 1er fenêtre avec la 2ème. Climatisation réversible qui ne ce mes pas en route donc pas de chauffage et matelas peu confortables. Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel même pour une nuit. Des travaux de rajeunissement serait plus que nécessaire. Desole pour cette avis négatif mais je ne trouve pas correct une telle négligence du servie pour la nuit

Un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Toujours prêt à vous arranger dans la mesure de leurs possibilités. Une équipe franchement très agréable et serviable. Je viens toutes les semaines et je suis toujours bien accueilli. Seul petit bémol : le tarif du petit déjeuner est un peu élevé par rapport au choix. Si une amélioration est à apporter c’est le petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet établissement

위치는 중심가에서 떨어져 있으나, 버스와 RER C가 가까이 있음, 개선문까지 30분, 루브르까지 40분 정도 걸린듯. 시설은 낙후되었지만 큰 불편함은 없었고, 엘리베이터의 경우, 불안정하여 계단을 이용했음
