good location, clean room and comfort bed, 15 mins walk to city centre, 10 mins walk to cruise terminal

Location is great. Walking distance to subway. Breakfast spread is good, for the price that you pay during the summer season.

They didnt cooperate at all and trying to get only reservation money without any service or change greediness

Clean and good location but hard to enter parking

Quality is much lower than expected from Holiday Inn hotels. Check-in was perfect, very friendly. But firstly, the room was a bit stinky. Then wanted to use the bathroom and noticed that sink is blocked. I informed the front office directly and promised to take care of the issue. Checked again upon my return to hotel at night but nothing was solved and always had to use the shower instead. During the check-out I was about to be fully charged again for my stay although it was already paid online.

Our stay was amazing, the hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly. Good location and the breakfast was also nice

second time to stay when we return from Nice. takes a while to await staff to open the parking gate. insufficient parking spaces too.

Nice hotel

Wir hatten ein Appartement, und das war sehr schön. Groß, geräumig und alles was man braucht. Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Einziges Manko, es gab Papierfische. Vielleicht ist dem Hotel das noch nicht bekannt, aber habe leider 1 tot und 1 lebendig gesehen.. waren nur eine Nacht da, dafür absolut okay. Da wir am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre gefahren sind, war die Lage perfekt für uns. Habe Fotos vom Ausblick angehängt. Super schön und direkt am Hafen. Habe uns das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringen lassen, mit den Kindern einfach entspannter.. war super 👍 Der Parkplatz vom Hotel ist etwas schwierig zu finden, bekamen vor Ort eine Beschreibung um hinzufinden.. hätte mir den vorab gewünscht. er ist über eine sehr steile schmale Spur zu befahren, mein Ding ist das nicht. Ansonsten kann ich es nur empfehlen 👍

假日是越來越不行了，一座破舊的樓裏，挨着高架橋，汽車轟鳴聲不絕於耳，房間內設施老舊，不隔音，好多衹蚊子飛來飛去，停車場出入設計很難弄明白，WIFI拉垮，基本打不開網頁，早餐還説的過去，離老城區需要坐三站地鐵。總之不怎麼樣，以後繞着假日走。

房間寬敞，雖隔着高架橋但窗户隔音效果還行。離市中心有一點距離，所以周邊餐飲略少，但附近就有公交站，也挺方便。早餐品種算是比較多的了。
